During the trial, I told Jenny I wanted to look sleek and snatched for one of my pre-wedding events. We landed on this stunning high bun, and when I got home, my dad said he loved my hair--Indian girlies, you know what a moment that is lol. Fast forward to the wedding weekend, and of course I started second guessing the sleek look. I walked in that morning and told Jenny, "Maybe we should play it safe and do a loose half-up, half-down instead." Jenny didn't let me off that easy--she literally sent me to another room to think it over! After a moment, we started my makeup, and once I had my blouse and jewelry on, Jenny tried both hairstyles on me--the soft look and the sleek high bun. The moment I saw them side by side, I knew. There was no way I could NOT go with the bun. It was just too good. Jenny had known from the beginning that this was the look. She saw the vision the second we did the trial and when I showed her my outfit. She knew what I was going for even when I started to doubt myself--and she guided me right back to it. I'm fully convinced that if I'd gone with anyone else, they would've just done what I said that morning, and I would've looked completely different. Jenny is the best of the best for a reason. Of course, when it came to the big day, Jenny slayed my classic bridal look--exactly how I imagined it. She and her team also took care of my mom, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law for both days, and they were incredible. My mom has had some questionable experiences with professional hair and makeup in the past, so I wasn't sure what to expect--but she loved how beautiful Jenny made her feel. This is a repeated pattern of collecting monthly membership fees while consistently failing to honor what those fees cover. I have full documentation of every charge, every visit, and every unanswered follow-up. I would like this resolved.

At checkout, I included a 20% tip but my total was not adding up correctly so I mentioned it to the lady at the desk and she said "they took the $20 off". Was in a rush, so left. When I got home I noticed that they charged me $15 extra color surcharge. Why wouldn't they have mentioned that during the consult? The other deal they had was for all over color for $92 - I would have just asked for that. I called the following day and they basically told me "sorry. They should have told you before but there's nothing we can do. This will get sent to management for feedback but we're sorry." Services + costs should be mentioned prior to the service. This is poor customer service. Also, my forehead has dye stains that were never removed by the washer.. As a result of this review and reaching out to the email below, they refunded the $15 so I increased the stars as I appreciate a quick response.

Another stylist also complimented my daughter's curly hair and engaged with her, which added to the positive experience.
