The matte finish eliminated all glare that was previously resulting from the fine art paper. The Gatorboard is a sturdy but not too heavy mounting option. Amanda was very pleasant. If you are a drop in customer here, go straight to the rear loading dock and a staff member will bring you a box of containers. You chose the ones you want and they return with your selections, a bill and a debit / credit card machine to pay! I ordered a beautiful wooden canoe paddle and wanted the gift-receivers name engraved on the bottom. I popped in with the paddle, told them my vision and it was perfect and ready for pickup within a week. About three days after dropping it off, they sent me a few options to choose from, and it looked *exactly* like the one I chose. The other staff are friendly, sincere in their interactions, helpful and really kind about explaining the processes even though it's a busy place. The first job I brought here was done perfectly. I was also grateful that they were willing to take a small job. The second job got kind of messed up. Delivery of the end product was late and I ended having to hand cut everything because the precision wasn't there. There was also a lot of waste of the material. The owner didn't really seem to care about that and I didn't want to get into it with him.
