A few times I had to change my cc on file, and was extended a grace period. The unit has always been dry ( very important with a storage unit ) and secure. Although the rates maybe 5 or 10% higher than some facilities out of town, it's only a mile or so from Downtown BTV, and it's the only one within city limits. Perfect for me.
