I feel very hipster writing this but...according to the internet this place no longer exists. Originally a popup, the website seems to say that it's since closed down but I can swear that I was there very recently and it is open. As long as you go on certain days of the week - it's open on Tuesdays at least...
The hook to this place is in the name - all their burgers are served in brioche buns. I had the fried chicken while a friend had the beefburger. Both were amazing but the fried chicken won out in my eyes. It was literally a giant piece of chicken, they hadn't even really bothered to make it burger-shaped. It was basically amazing.
A tiny menu in a tiny place with good, quick service this place is worth a visit. If it's open when you get there. read more
