I have been around town here in Bellingham, did some Landry in a couple of locations. This will be the place I will be returning to, awesome location, very very clean, new washers and dryers. One of cool things about here also, it will notify threw text message when your wash is done... now I'm just waiting on the dryer. There is also a great coffee place at the corner, and a little diner type just a couple of units over towards traders joes. They except coins and credit cards... hope this helps anyone. read more

Great location, friendly staff, state-of-the-art new equipment ... but VERY EXPENSIVE ... 3.50 for a normal wash and .25 cents per 5-minutes of dry time. Other area laundromats are about 1.75 per wash (for single load front loader) and .25/7-minutes dry. The WiFi is a bonus but their Content Filtering firewall is quite annoying (it blocked my Facebook chat). The one thing that really bothered me was when I saw my clothes were still a bit damp I was forced to pony-up another 75-cents to restart the dryer (that is the minimum to start the dryers). Also, no restrooms. I don't do a lot of laundry so the couple of extra bucks didn't kill me but I think they will ultimately have to drop their prices a bit before they experience any crowds coming to do their laundry. read more

If you think $8.75 (wash only!) a load is a fair price for clothes that don't get very clean then this is the placed for you! The large machines did not hold what would be a full load with my home washer (also newer, front loading, eco machine). My clothes were not as clean as my home washer either. read more

This was the cleanest laundromat I've ever been to! prices were on par with most other landromats. Staff was helpful. Washing machine will text you when your load is finished! they also provide numerous services and use eco friendly products. Oh ya, free wifi!! read more

I have so many good things to say about Q Laundry! 1), thank you for moving my big huge fluffy comforter into the dryer for me -- No extra charge! 2), thank you for hanging my back pack to dry -- No extra charge! 3) Thank you for being RIGHT about it being only $2 to dry my king size fluffy comforter 4) I'm sorry about my skepticism! From my past experience, I thought for sure it would cost more than $10! 5) When I picked up my laundry at the end of the day, after dropping it off in the morning--the new employees on shift new exactly which laundry was mine and new the whole story! Much overdue update. I dropped off my clothes here a day or two before 4th of July. I had 6 garbage bags full of laundry, almost 100 pounds. The gals washed and folded my laundry, sorted out into categories, and placed them into tote bags. The fancier clothes were wrapped and tied in white wrapping paper. Each parcel is attached with handwritten thank you note. Very nice touch. I am working on putting away my clothes each time I do laundry, so hopefully I won't be dropping ginormous loads to them anytime soon. But this is the only laundromat I go to when I need it. Christmas presents in march! right at 7 am this morning i dropped off 30 lbs of the most vile sunset beach OR clamdigging/clambaking dirty laundry the earth has ever produced (watching the poor girl that took the laundry in fight to keep her breakfast down was the bravest thing i ever saw). ha. and poof! thanx to Q laundry's "pdQ" fluff and fold service at 2 pm (same day) i picked up perfectly clean laundry wrapped up like Christmas gifts. all for $70. british secret service "Q" could not have pulled this off for 007. i felt like blofeld getting away with james bonds girl as i drove away into the sunset in my 20 year old 1995 ford econoline yacht. ha read more

Best laundromat ever! And I have been in quite a few. Clean as a whistle, delightful and friendly service, more machines than you can imagine (and they all look new or near-new). I had the washing and folding service, and couldn't be more pleased. These folks ought to franchise their concept. Any city would be thrilled to have them. read more

A friend raved about Q, and since doing laundry can be a drag I decided to try it out. It's bright, clean and the machines easy to use - I like that they take credit cards. They have great staff working there, e.g., Ashley, that check on you and help you figure out how to address stubborn stains. They have good hours (7-10). They have supplies if you need them, and, importantly, WiFi. I look forward to going there every week. It takes the "chore" out of my doing laundry. Bill read more

Have a special scent or be boring - either way they are happy to weigh your linens (tents, blankets) and wash away. Always clean and well stocked!! I used the Brio Dry Cleaning branch of this business, which is located just down the street from their laundry facility, & I was extremely impressed with the exceptional service & communication I received. I took my husband's 2 silk Tommy Bahama shirts to them in hopes that some dark grease stains could be removed. Kyle welcomed me to the store. He was very cordial & patient as I explained that I had already tried & failed to remove these stains by laundering the shirts at home & now felt I needed to try dry cleaning. He said they'd do their best. 5 days later when we went back to pick up the shirts, Kyle had them waiting on the counter before my husband even presented the ticket. Somehow Kyle remembered me & the items I'd brought in. Attached to the hangers was an envelope containing a handwritten note from an employee by the name of Hana. She explained that they had done their best but that there were still faint shadows they couldn't remove. Actually, the shirts looked great & were definitely more wearable than before the dry cleaning attempt. My husband can now get away with wearing these shirts & perhaps a second dry cleaning in the future will totally remove the now faint shadows. I have never had this kind of exceptional/personal service from a dry cleaner. I will no longer try to home launder dry cleanable items at home. This experience makes me want to buy more items that require dry cleaning just so I can experience this amazing treatment again. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable. If I could, I'd give them way more than 5 stars!! read more

Everyone here is super friendly! This place is so clean and they have giant washers for big loads and even bigger dryers! There are tons of washers and dryers so you don't have to wait your turn. If you don't want to stay and wait for your laundry you can set up so you get a text when your laundry is done. They are open for 15 hours everyday so it is really convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a good laundromat! read more

I do a lot of backpacking up in the north cascades near Mt Baker and its nice to find a gem like this. They have a place for you to hang your down sleeping bags to dry and a gear corner to hang backpacks and other gear you might wash. It's extremely clean and usually 1-2 staff members to help when needed. I stop by here every time I drive through for camping. read more

I do my laundry here every 2 weeks. I have cheaper laundry in my apartment but they are not kept clean. My only issue is the cost. I am disabled and live on fixed income and it costs me at least $20.00 to wash and dry clothes, towels, rugs and blankets if needed then the costs goes up. I was recently told about the card that you can add money to and save 10%. Wish I would have known about that a year ago. The staff is very helpful and keep the place clean. read more

I had a heavy, king size duvet to wash and based on all the good reviews, I went to Brio. Washing it on delicate in the largest washer was pretty spendy, and I was surprised that after over 2 hours in the dryer, it was still damp (the employee told me it'd take no more than an hour). Out of time (and money), I took it home to air dry, but it continued to smell strongly of wet down. I called Brio a few days later and Alex suggested the dryer I used may have malfunctioned and said I should bring the duvet back in. He put it through a down-specific wash cycle (free of charge) with vinegar to get rid of the smell. I paid for the dryer, and while it still took over 2 hours, the duvet was dry and smelled much better when I brought it home. I appreciated the good customer service! It also has a really clean, pleasant, modern atmosphere for a laundromat. The only thing it lacks is an actual coffee bar! As a side note, great that they have wi-fi, though I found it to a pretty spotty on both my phone and tablet. read more

First of all if I am very happy with a service business experience on my first visit, I will give it a 4 star rating as I have done here. I with hold from a 5 star until I have gone back at least 2 times, and if deserving it I will upgrade my rating. I believe that is fair to the business and for others considering going there. So, I have been using other Laundromats in Bellingham for the past few months (as we are having a house built) and looking for a better facility I came across Brio from a web search and after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. Brio is the best Laundromat I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing. I am not a young man so I have had plenty of opportunities over the years. It is very clean and modern. The machines are in excellent condition. Coin operated or credit card options. There were two staff members on duty when I was in on a Wednesday mid-morning, they were very helpful. Brio is well stocked with supplies and other cleaning services are available. I was seriously impressed. Bonuses: They have complementary WiFi and I was able to get some work done on-line. Trader Joe's is right next door. Brio has my business until our new home is ready! read more

We were without a washing machine for about 6 months, and now that we got a new one my boyfriend and I are genuinely sad we don't get to go here as often! Every employee is so sweet and helpful and they do fun little promotions for discounted or free washes every once in awhile. Q is very well-kept, I feel like the employees are constantly cleaning or wiping something down. Pretty sure you could eat off the floor. They have free wifi and always play great music! The decor is absolutely adorable, and the owner even switches it up seasonally which is a nice touch :) There are a variety of machines to choose from and is fairly large so it's never unbearably crowded. Planning on still frequenting Q to do bulky items like bedding. Also, you can buy a pre-loaded card to use on the machines and they give you an additional 10%! This is fanciest place I've ever done laundry. Laundromats are usually so filthy that you feel like your clothes are dirtier when you leave than before you got there. The machines are usually broken and noisy and disgusting. The people that hang out at laundromats are, let's face it, sketchy at best. The bathrooms tend to look like they have a disease lurking in the corner somewhere. This place breaks all of those stereotypes. It's clean (I even saw a worker cleaning the machines while I was waiting for my clothes to be done - and she helped me figure out the dryer and was so nice!). It's updated with Electrolux washers and dryers which are so fast and thorough. I was waiting for about 60 minutes total. I could fit all of my clothes and towels into one, big machine (it would have taken me four loads at my apartment coin-op W/D) and the dryer took about 30 minutes. The bathroom smelled like cinnamon and there was no sketchy clientele or weird lurkers or strange smells anywhere in sight. The workers are nice and you can use your debit card for the machines! Awesome. I'm actually glad that the water heater in my apartment's W/D room broke so I was forced to use this place. What a great find. I will be back! read more

I haven't had to use a laundry mat since college, but due to some plumbing work taking place at home, needed to clean piles of clothes & towels. I'd intended to use a place less than 5 minutes from home but ended up at Brio on my way home from work. What a pleasant surprise! "Doing laundry" was an entirely different experience at Brio! Hours of washing & drying at home was done in under one in Brio's large, efficient machines. And being "old school" when it comes to operating laundry machines, I needed the staff's assistance. They're super helpful and friendly and were tending to the cleanliness of the place or doing laundry when not helping customers. Only problem now is I want to totally remodel my laundry room after visiting Brio....my washer & dryer are tucked away in my dark & dreary basement. My laundry room seems scary compared to Brio's bright & cherry ambiance. Great place, well managed! read more
