Second, they worked hard to thoroughly clean 28 sets of blinds, as well as the windowsills, frames, and tracks; they even went the extra mile to clean mold off the bathtub. When I asked about the additional cost for that, he said there was no charge. In fact, his rates were lower than those of other companies, yet he still sent two cleaners to do the job. Because they did such a great job, I voluntarily gave them some extra money. It was a very pleasant experience for both parties!

They didn't need to be reminded about anything we had made a request for. They worked hard and used their time well. The price for the deep clean was fair and we booked right away for next month. We appreciated several things in addition to everything being very clean. The people who had cleaned our house previously took longer to get the same results which made us feel like "When are we getting our house back?" Cathy and Pablo did the same quality of work in less time. My wife likes how the tile is not sticky from using too much cleaner in the mop water, and the fragrance is light not overpowering. All the surfaces shine and furniture was vacuumed, blinds dusted, appliances wiped down, stovetop very nice now. Honestly, they did a better job that we could do.

Obviously deep cleaning is just the first time, but the second time, standard stuff like dusting was missed in a lot of locations. When you book a service and pay well over $400 you expect the basics to get done. What is worse, the people checked on their check list it was done. The last time was just before I hosted a baby shower and I am so angry about how awful that cleaning was. My formal living room was not vacuumed at all, my sunroom was vacuumed half ass, there was dirt in the corners where they should haven taken out a vacuum wand. Places weren't dusted again and it felt like my floors weren't even mopped. I had to set up for a baby shower, cook for it then I had to clean myself when I paid MaidPro. First time customer and definitely a customer for life…read more Initially, I was searching Yelp to find a carpet cleaning company to clean an area run one of our dogs recently threw up on. I created a message and sent it out to about 10+ local companies and although Thomas wasn't the first to respond, but he ended up being the best decision we could have made. Another company responded first and never got back to us so I went to the next message and it was from Thomas. After a few minutes explaining our situation and what we needed, they said they were available the very next day. I asked if I could add an additional room and he immediately agreed. Upon arrival, Another One Wipes The Dust was very friendly and professional. We showed them the rug and they started cleaning right away paying extra attention the stains and doing a thorough job. From there, we moved into the extra room that we added and they did a fantastic job on that as well. As they were finishing up, my wife asked if they could clean our upstairs hallway before leaving because one of our dogs peed on the carpet and since they had time, we paid the difference and ultimately couldn't be happier! No more stains, No more pee smell, and their prices were NOT outrageous unlike other businesses in the area. Thank You, Anothe One Wipes The Dust!
