I went to Brilliant Earth around January to start looking for an engagement ring and was so satisfied with the process. I purchased the ring around the start of February and worked very hard with Betty (through the online service). It was during this time that the winter storm hit hard and my ring was delayed. I spoke to Bijan & Michelle at the Philadelphia location and they went above and beyond to ensure that my ring was delivered in time. They knew I had planned for a long time to have my engagement and they were nothing but helpful, kind, respectful and so caring. Michelle is a wonderful manager and called me directly to make sure everything was planned out to a tee. Where to get my ring, how to pick it up, who is going to pick it for me and everything else in between. If you are looking for an affordable, beautiful ring with service that is top notch and makes you feel special this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this location enough. Amy was fantastic and the whole experience from booking to actually going to the showroom was so smooth. It was easy to schedule online and I really appreciated being able to write my preferences before coming in so that things were ready- like the setting and stones I was interested in. The building was easy to find and we were buzzed in right away. Amy had the stones ready and the setting out. It never felt like she was trying to sell us something; but was educating and guiding us to make the best decision for us and what we wanted. She actually showed us the lab created sapphires and recommended that instead of the more expensive natural one. Social distancing measures were followed but it did not feel closed off and we were still able to touch the rings and stones. We left feeling really good about our decision to choose Brilliant Earth for our rings and we will be ordering very soon. I had been searching a great deal of information online when I was in the process of looking for an engagement ring. I stumbled upon Brilliant Earth and was amazed at what I saw! The website itself was very easy to navigate and I was able to get a good understanding of the materials, cost, diamonds, and the 4 C's. Finding out they had a store that recently opened up within an hours drive, I knew I had to see the rings I liked in person. It was very easy to set up an appointment and I love how the appointments are restricted to 2 guests. Having the showroom practically to myself, with my jewelry lead and mother, made the experience feel tailored to me and my needs. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this company. I worked with Jude at the Philadelphia showroom, where I carefully selected the ring setting I wanted. When my order arrived, it was not the same setting that was shown and agreed upon during my appointment. When I raised the issue, Donnie, the manager, acknowledged the mistake and apologized, promising that I would receive a Friends & Family discount to make up for the error. I appreciated the accountability at first, but that quickly changed. Later, I was told that the discount would only apply to a future purchase, not the order they had already mishandled. This is completely unacceptable. I was patient and understanding throughout the process, yet I was the one left disappointed and inconvenienced. The company made the mistake but failed to take full responsibility or honor their written promise. read more

I purchased an engagement ring online and it came out great. My fiancé and I decided to take a weekend trip to Philadelphia to see the showroom and choose a band to go with the engagement ring. We had an appointment with Emily and she was so helpful. We had about a million questions about bands for both me and my fiancé and she answered all of them. She helped us find the perfect bands and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. It was so nice to receive personalized attention from Emily, as well as updates every few days while our orders were being completed. Staff is very friendly and COVID safe. Gloves, masks, hand sanitizers, the works. A little confusing to get into the building (you have to dial the intercom and get buzzed in), but who cares when they are this good. Surprisingly inexpensive for gorgeous ethically sourced jewelry. I can't stop bragging about my ring and where it came from, I highly recommend it to all of my friends looking to get engaged. Play around with what designs you like on their website before going in, it is very user friendly and gave me and my fiancé (!!!) a great idea of what I like. You're probably not going to get a large rock and a thick band for a budget price, but if you're looking for chic, dainty, or elegant and need it to be ethical, this is the place! read more

Our visit to Brilliant Earth was fantastic! My girlfriend and I did not really know what to expect, but we were smiling (under our masks) the whole time. Amy was such a pleasure to meet, and we could tell she had such a kind soul and loves giving this special experience to her clients. I was so pleased with my experience! The staff sent multiple emails to be sure I could make the appointment safely and on time and when I arrived everyone adhered to gold standard precautions for COVID. I got to work with Amy and she was WONDERFUL. Very helpful when I was feeling indecisive, she even shared her own wedding ring story and made sure to remember all of my selections. Amy made us feel comfortable as soon as we stepped in the door. She was very knowledgable and patient. Amy helped me narrow down what type of settings I liked. My boyfriend surprised me with an appointment to Briliant Earth last weekend and I have to say, I have never experienced such a genuine and high level of customer service. We unfortunately arrived 20 minutes late however the front desk person and manager were so warm, friendly and were still able to accommodate us! From the start of our visit my boyfriend and I felt very comfortable at Brilliant Earth. All employees were taking special precautions in making us feel comfortable and safe under covid circumstances. Our appointment was with Ahmed. Upon arrival Ahmed had set out all the settings and diamonds I wanted to try on based off my online preferences and favorites. Ahmed was so helpful and very informative about each style, cut, color and clarity of every ring. Ahmed answered all our questions and was very helpful. Went on Friday for an engagement ring. Laura was an extremely sweet, knowledgeable and nice person to work with. She answered my 1000 questions and helped me pick the perfect ring for my girlfriend. We visited the showroom on 2/15 and were greeted warmly by the front desk. We immediately felt comfortable and safe. Ahmed, our sales rep, appeared shortly after our arrival and we began our private viewing. We had pre-selected about 8 rings to view and compare.
