Not only does this company over work their caregivers do to the 9,000 per month my mom is paying for around the clock care they pay them minimum wage. Maybe it's because of this that they turned out to be nothing more than glorified babysitters. I found out they have Zero dementia training after questioning one of the better still substandard caregivers, and no medical training whatsoever. DO NOT HIRE!! COMPLETE RIPOFF

One staff member we came 2 hours into the shift to escort him out. We had our physical therapist work with one worker and she was not open to the tips provided. We tryed to place them in an assisted living home which resulted in them being very unhappy, they wanted to be in their own home. We met with Ronda when she came out to assess what type of help they needed. She was a very compassionate and knowledgible person and we felt comfortable with her right away. We hired this company to come in and help care for them, while allowing them to stay in their own home. These caregivers do everything from cooking meals to personal care, which really helped free up my family from trying to balance our scedules with work, our own families, and just life. My Grand Parents are so grateful to be able to stay in their own home and not feel like they are burdening the family. They really like the caregivers and love the companionship.
