We were lucky enough to work with Catherine several times - the first a weeklong trip followed by two days here and there. We have three (spoiled) rescue cats. We switched to wet food and they're fed twice daily. I thought she would be coming by to hit the litter box and feed them, but she also has a list of things she'd do each visit: Play time, love, etc. Just when my mind would start to wander and wonder how my furballs were doing, she would send a quick text and a pic of our little pride. For each day she came, she provided a list of what was accomplished and a brief summary re: their behavior. Bonus: she's an energy healer. Who doesn't want someone like that taking care of your cats? I booked two 30-minute drop-in visits for total of $60 per day because house sitting wasn't available (which would be around $70 per night). Unfortunately, most visits seemed to last only about 10-15 minutes recorded by our door entry log. Pet sitters I've used from other companies have always stayed the full time, even if my shy cat, Kingsley, didn't come out right away, so they could slowly gain his trust and ensure he received his medication. This sitter seemed to be in a rush and didn't put in the same effort, which was disappointing given the importance of his care. I did let the sitter know that if it was impossible to dose him, it would be ok but I thought eventually she would be able to coax him out to give it to him like my past sitters.

All the current active staff working at this specific location have demonstrated & proven how extremely capable & exhaustively knowledgeable as trainers, dog behavior specialists, groomers, etc. They have exceedingly created a trustworthy controlled environment setting that makes me reassuringly safe to entrust the safety & wellbeing of my 4-legged son. Including assessing & addressing his trauma triggers being bullied as the "runt" of his litter, that occurred prior to his rescue.
