Nothing but good things to say about this daycare. I'm not sure about these other negative reviews,…read morethey kinda seem a bit outrageous. My experience with them over 3 years has been great. Most of the staff has been there a while so I really like that my kid went from a baby to a preschooler with a lot of the same people. The new managers seem like they are really trying to make nice improvements too. The one is brand new but the other one has been there a long time so she knows all the parents and kids pretty well. They are both nice and you can tell everyone there really loves the kids.

My son attended this daycare for 1 week for spring break. On day 3 I was viewing their live camera…read moreof his preschool room 1 when I saw the lead teacher Samantha grab a little girl by her upper arm for running around the classroom, lift her in the air by her arm, and drag/carry her a few feet away before dropping her on the ground and walking away, leaving the little girl visibly screaming and crying. I immediately called the supervisor Lisa, who went in and spoke with the teacher and surprise! The teacher denied it and was allowed to stay for the rest of the day. I was called by Lisa again the next day with the child's mother present, telling me nothing wrong happened, despite no camera review by supervisors. I received a call almost 24 hours after the incident for Lisa to let me know that the district manager viewed the footage and labeled the violent incident "positive guidance". Needless to say my son will not be returning and I am out 347 dollars because of a violent teacher and an administration full of enablers and cover ups.

Building itself is fine, small. The classrooms are a mess and don't have any organized toys or…read moresupplies to be used. The supply closet is a mess, along with the kitchen. They don't have a fridge in the kitchen. Next comes staff, the staff seems almost seemed like they were just "babysitting". Sitting on there phones, propping babies up with bottles, allowed infants under a year to sleep with blanket in crib. Another thing, the infant teacher was aggressive putting kids to sleep and handling them. Then said "sometimes you gotta be tough". Then came the end of the day, it was 4 and still very warm outside. The center closed at 6. The kids wanted to come back inside and they didn't allow them to come back in because the rooms were closed. Overall, this is defiantly not a place to send you children.

My daughter started a new job recently and due to her lack of planning skills she was not able to…read moreutilize her first choice in day care. Care A Lot Child Care Center agreed to take my youngest grandchild. I've seen this place for years and never much gave it a second thought other than it would not have been my first choice for child care. I must clarify in that the location does not thrill me and there is not a great deal of literature/advertising for this facility. Lily experienced her first day. Lily is somewhat difficult. Lily is not keen on eating or napping. Lily, after a rough ten minutes or so, LOVED this place!!! She has made friends - for real!!! - and she loves her teachers/care coordinators! She has tried new foods and likes them!!! SHE NOW NAPS!!! By choice!! She is also somewhat upset when she does not get to go to "daycare". I cannot say enough about how well this facility worked out. Clean, well organized and well staffed. Lily comes home happy every day! With a new 'do. Braiding, upsweep, she loves it. Minor point, she will not let anyone do her hair other than her "teachers" at Care A Lot. Again, minor issue however major kudos to the care people! Kindergarten is finishing for my eldest grandchild and she will also be off to Care A Lot for the summer.

This daycare is the worst decision we made by sending our son there . The director Jordan had the…read moreaudacity to imply a diagnosis of our son's behavior though she is not even a therapist . My son went 3 days a week but they don't offer any useful activities. High turnover staff . The daycare workers were mean to my son. They give hard time and don't accommodate well the IEP teachers if your kid need those services . Your kid can not bring bottle of water , really ???? I can go on and on but if you want your kid to be happy and learn , be mindful on that place

Sadly I'm putting this low review out there so other new parents aren't putting their trust and…read morefaith into a place that has terrible, unprofessional communication to parents. It all sounds good, it all looks good, you want to believe it is good, but...in this pandemic world things are just not as they once were. Staffing is clearly a problem everywhere. The solution may have to be raising the pay of the very wonderful people who work directly with the little ones. Something has to be done to incentivize people to stay here. In our case my daughter went on the waiting list for her yet to be born child 6 months before he was even here. She was taking all of her allowed leave so she wasn't going start him until 5 months old. She started on the agreed upon date and after 2 weeks they "unenrolled" him, with literally no notice, from DoodleBugs. It took a call to corporate to be told it was due to staffing. No other suggestions for where to go or what to do. Just told on a Monday that he wasn't able to be part of the infant room. I don't know how a reputable business thinks this ok. It really is a sad day when you think you can trust a place with your BABY and this is how it is handled. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. And discuss how situations like this might be handled. Because clearly doodlebugs is not run by competent, caring people who can communicate to parents.
