They would do best to accommodate your request. Since this is franchised establishment so it does come with few pros and cons. Pros such as ease of online payment facility, a friendly mobile app sharing all activity of your child instantly as that happens, transparent and quick communication with teachers, as far as cons are concerned, like other corporate establishment it does regulated by policies where center has little to no influence so at times even folks want to help they simply can not. Our kid is only 3 month old so can't have his feedback on how he has been taken care during his stay, but he seems content once we are home from there so I guess he's finding it quite okay. She enjoyed the collaborative learning atmosphere and interesting learning materials in these extracurricular activities. Later, she joined the summer school and after school where she was also exposed to music education, Peking opera, and Chess class. Now, she is too old to fit in the RBCC programs, but it comes to the turn for her little sister! My three year old little one joins the RBCC preschool program and it is amazing! The program is a dual language one. The kids can learn both English and Chinese. They have circle time in every morning for studying alphabet, numbers, and English words in various themes. They also have mid-day classes for Chinese, crafts and arts, yoga, music and piano! Everyday is full of fun. Everyday after she wakes up, she always feels so excited to attend RBCC. I would highly recommend RBCC to anyone who is interested in preschool, after school, summer school, or extracurricular activities!

Unfortunately, SNAFU after SNAFU with the testing platform (none of it Sylvan's fault) meant I couldn't finish all of my exams that day. The manager went above and beyond to help me--opening the center early the next morning so I could complete the last few tests. There was even more behind-the-scenes drama with the curriculum provider that I won't share here, but every single time an issue popped up, the Sylvan team stepped up and found a solution. Their flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to customer success were outstanding. I highly recommend this location for any testing, tutoring, or learning needs.
