Sam, Matt, Wyatt, Frank, and Jamie have all been great about working with me to ensure I have a nice and informative website with all the pictures and my custom designed logo that I sent in and they have been wonderful to work with. They recommended 99 Designs for the creation of the practice logo I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased. I agree with one review in that you really never get to talk to anyone by phone unless you are first talking to Sam in sales and then you only get to speak with someone by phone when you make an appointment with your team. This was a little frustrating at first but I would imagine if they took every call without an appointment then the quality of their work would suffer. I got accustomed to making an appointment and it was always easy to do and they called promptly at the scheduled time. I have also received very prompt email replies from Frank when I had a question or an issue I needed addressed. We started this process in the fall of 2019 two years ago but I opted to wait to finish up the website and put it all on hold as I was overwhelmed with having to come up with the content as another provider three offices down from me was using all of the stock script from Brighter Vision. I found it easier to make my edits to my website when I first had the access to change the text in it but this time around when they re-opened my account, I was only allowed permissions to create tasks for my team to correct. I know that they will get it done as they have always been very prompt in making any changes that I requested. I just wish I could have saved both them and me time by just being able to change it myself like I did before. Otherwise, all was very good. I finally made the decision to get it done so that I could take it live and stayed up all night last night and have worked on it for two full days. I am anxious to see the final product once the Orange Team gets all of the edits made and the pictures changed. One last thing is that Brighter Vision does work with you to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the end product and everything in between. Upon my request to place my account on hold while I was in the process of getting my private practice up and running, Matt responded promptly to my request after Sam forwarded my request to him to take care of me, and Matt put my account on indefinite hold, and they did not charge me for the time we were no longer working on my website and refunded funds I had paid during the time the account sat idle. I have been using Brighter Vision for my website for over a year now, and I can't say enough about how amazingly creative, knowledgeable, and responsive the entire team has been. I had worked with another Website firm that was supposed to be specifically for Therapists with horrible results. Literally NO ONE ever found my website unless he/she was directed there. That company promised the world and delivered less than nothing. In disgust, I tried to go it alone, taking webdesign and SEO courses up the wazoo! this is easily some of the best money I spend on my private practice! not only does your initial designer build you the website you've always dreamed of and then support staff picks up all the tweaks afterward, they do so with outstanding care and compassion. Last week, I wanted to change some formatting of my headers and when I made a mistake in what I was asking for, the support staff who was helping me didn't make me feel stupid, but rather explained what it looked like from her perspective and sought clarity on what I was looking for to make sure I was pleased. I switched from TherapySites to Brighter Vision a year ago. I was very pleased with their customer service and the design team since they worked patiently with me on the specifics of my website (including having every page in two languages an creating a personalized -non template- look). When renewal time came this year I felt it had come to soon and I had some misunderstandings about the renewal price. My issues were addressed immediately, with enough clear information to make me feel comfortable enough to renew. With most companies, in any aspect of business, I feel I have to spend days sending emails, making phone calls and holding in line in order to clarify problems, on the contrary, Brighter Vision has always answered my questions in a matter of hours and has managed to give me satisfactory answers. Having them help design, create, and manage my site was the best decision. It's one less thing I have to worry about. I've made other sites before on Wix or Wordpress, but no matter how user-friendly those programs are, it's still a huge time-suck.
