On the basis of recommendation, we went ahead with the booster but the this office made a error in reading all the documents I provided (they did take all the coduments and made copies of them). My puppy didn't need to have another booster for a year. Spent money on unnecessary procedure and I felt so guilty for putting my puppy through a shot he didn't need. On top of that, they asked me to come back in a month later for ANOTHER BOOSTER SHOT!! They are very eager to schedule your next appointments but wasn't competent to take proper care of my puppy.

They recognized signs of how our dog is feeling and offered to do their services in the separate treatment room so that our dog wouldn't keep feeling like he must protect us! Afterwards, we were consulted on everything that occurred and were given valuable information on what other steps we could take. I really appreciate Dr Cohen taking her time to discuss with us everything and both sides asked and answered questions. She was very kind and as our first vet to come across, she didn't make us feel worried and eased our stresses. Both vets were so caring and supportive. They explained everything with the process, the effect it would have and treated my baby with the most loving care. I was an absolute emotional wreck and they were so kind and patient with me and my husband. They also helped make sure our other dog was present in a way to make her understand her sissy was gone. It is a tragedy, not an "inconvenience" for your weekend schedule. To be talked to like a nuisance during my most vulnerable moment is a shameful failure of basic human decency. The fact that he only attempted to flip a switch and be "kind" once he realized I was a regular patient is even more insulting. Compassion shouldn't be a tiered service based on your database--it should be a requirement for the job. If you work in a veterinary office and can't summon a shred of empathy for a grieving owner, you are in the wrong profession. Two days later they called to follow up with me to see how our dog was doing, & see if the medication was helping. A few days later our dog developed an irregular symptom, so I called the office. After explaining the symptom to the receptionist, she had me email them a picture & the vet would follow up with me after reviewing it. They could have totally asked me bring my dog in & pay the exam fee so I really appreciate their honestly with not charging their customers unnecessarily. That evening the vet called me & let me know that after reviewing the picture, it did not look like an urgent situation, & to just monitor my dog & let them know if the issue persists or if any other new symptoms develop. My baby was in a lot of pain and I called in and they took her in ASAP. They managed her pain and scheduled her for a procedure the next day and gave me options to do her dental work (much needed) while she was down. When it was time to pick her up, Dr. Jackson let me know she wanted to keep butter overnight and monitor her and give additional pain meds. I couldn't be happier with these angels.
