I've been bringing my 19-year-old pup here for the last 6 years, and I honestly can't imagine trusting anyone else. Having a senior dog comes with its fair share of challenges, but every time we walk through those doors, Dr. Oh gives me peace of mind. Somehow I always leave thinking, "Okay...my old man is going to be okay." My pup has struggled with seizures for the last three years, and instead of immediately pushing expensive treatments, Dr. Oh recommended natural supplements that have made a huge difference. We went from about two seizures a week to only every several months! Now that my sweet old guy is dealing with doggy dementia, Dr. Oh has continued to be amazing--recommending affordable supplements, giving practical tips to keep him safe at home, and helping me make the best decisions for his quality of life. One thing I appreciate the most? No nickel-and-diming. I never feel pressured into unnecessary tests or treatments. If something isn't needed, he'll tell you. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days, and it means everything when you're caring for a senior pet. The clinic is always clean, and the staff is kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. They make every visit as stress-free as possible. Update review 6 years later and I still can't rave enough about this place! From the moment I called, the entire team was incredibly kind and compassionate. The girls at the front desk went above and beyond by squeezing my little guy in at the very end of the day on one of their busiest days before the Fourth of July holiday. I know they were extremely busy, but they still made time for us, and I'm so grateful. My little pup decided to do some "parkour" off the furniture after the midweek fireworks scared him, and he suddenly became completely non-weight-bearing on his back leg.Dr. Oh was absolutely amazing. He wasted no time getting X-rays, quickly diagnosed a hairline fracture, and thoroughly explained everything to me. Thankfully, surgery wasn't necessary, and we have a treatment plan to help him heal. Every single person we encountered showed genuine care, kindness, and compassion not just for my dog, but for me as a worried pet parent. The clinic itself is adorable too! I loved all the cute pet photos decorating the office and wish I had taken more pictures because it has such a welcoming atmosphere. Writing this review PARTICULARLY for the receptionist who had an attitude today. I arrived with two very young kittens for what should have been a simple deworming appointment. I'm not sure what was going on with the receptionist at the front desk with the long, messy hair, but her attitude from the moment I asked for clarification about the estimate and treatment plan was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Apparently, asking reasonable questions as a first-time customer was enough to send her into a frenzy. If someone asking for clarification about what they are being charged for and what is being done to their animals is that upsetting to you, perhaps working in customer service isn't the right job. After repeatedly dismissing me with, "You can just talk to the doctor," I sat down to wait. This same receptionist then looked directly at me and LOUDLY said, "Well, that's the fastest way to become an F." Naturally, I asked what "F" meant. At that point, there were THREE receptionists sitting at the front desk, and every single one of them conveniently decided to ignore me. Little did she know, I used to be a veterinary technician myself. I know exactly what an "F" on a chart means. It's a notation to alert the front and back staff that a client may be difficult to work with. So, I'll gladly be your F. If asking questions, expecting basic respect, and advocating for the animals in my care makes me "difficult," then by all means, mark the chart. Ironically, this "F" ended up receiving a significant discount on the visit, so I guess being difficult worked out pretty well for me. I do want to acknowledge that the doctor did give me half off my visit today, and I appreciate that. However, I was disappointed by how dismissive the doctor was regarding the receptionist's behavior. I was repeatedly told that "everyone could work on their communication skills." Respectfully, no. There is a difference between a communication issue and a staff member openly catching an attitude with a customer, publicly making comments about their chart, and then refusing to answer a direct question. Sir, we are paying you to provide medical care to our sick pets. If your staff chooses to give customers attitude, they should not be surprised when that attitude is returned. I came in concerned about two extremely young kittens and expected professional, compassionate treatment. Dr. Oh has been seeing my service dog for the past 3 years. He is great with his medication management after two back to back upper respiratory problems (we took him to an ER and the med combo was not ideal for his breed and did not help solve his issue but Dr. Oh did amazing with the medicine combo) Recently we introduced our 4 cats to their team and they were very welcoming and attentive as 2 of my cats are not well socialized (one feral born and the other is a nursery baby I raised) On Wednesday we made an appointment because our youngest cat urinated some blood and Dr Oh and the team LITERALLY save his life and performed an emergency surgery. I was working and sent my not extremely animal savvy boyfriend and Dr OH and the vet shadowing him were real nice, helpful and answered all my boyfriend question so he could be at ease while the procedure was done. The RVT/Nurse assistant that was delivering the estimate was quite rude and rushed my boyfriend while he was making decisions and phone calls to confirm the time off work, check with me about my opinion on the procedure and letting his family know. He really needs a talk about being more kind and patient while a 3000 dollar decision and a life or dead decision is being made, like I said Dr oh and the vet shadowing him AMAZING professionally, this nurse/Rvt/assistent was awful, rush and unkind. I will not reduce my 5 star review of the clinic for an unprofessional rvt when the head of clinic, the reception and most of the team is amazing but I wanted to voice my opinion so he gets the training he needs to work in an industry so delicate as animal well fare. I'm giving this place 1 star for several reasons. This was my first time bringing my pet here. Before making the appointment, I called and explained my cat's condition. I was reassured that they see cases like this regularly and that they would be able to help. When we arrived, we waited over 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. That alone was frustrating, but what happened next was what truly shocked me. A couple had just made the heartbreaking decision to euthanize their pet. The wife walked out of the room crying while her husband stayed behind to pay. The doctor did not, and I repeat, did not wait until they had left before getting the pet and dropping the deceased pet directly in front of the husband. Thankfully, the wife did not see it, but everyone in the waiting room, including the front desk staff, witnessed what happened and was talking about how upsetting and insensitive it was. I could not believe what I had just seen. My jaw dropped to the floor and I already knew from that moment what this place was all about. When it was finally our turn, the doctor, who I believe is the owner, barely even looked at my cat before saying, "There's nothing we can do for your cat's nose. You'll need to go to an emergency hospital." There was no meaningful examination and no attempt to evaluate my cat before dismissing us. Meanwhile, I watched several other cats being seen and treated without issue. It left me wondering why my cat was not given the same level of care or even a proper assessment. In the end, they wasted our time and offered no help after assuring me over the phone that they could. If you're considering bringing your pet here, I would encourage you to think carefully. Based on my experience, I did not feel that my pet received the care, compassion, or professionalism that every animal deserves. read more

Danny the vet technician, is there to assist Dr Oh with tests, shots and meds. And now for Dr. Oh...doggie drum roll please...he is very friendly, on point about your pet and doesn't waste your time. He does what is needed and necessary at the time. No upselling here!!!! I was given a sheet with a breakdown of Roscoe's needs with a price for each. It was up to me to say yay or nay. Once I agreed upon the services, Danny took Roscoe for his blood panel and allergy shot. While we waited for Roscoe (which wasn't long), Lily helped me with my bill and the meds were all ready to go. Honestly I didn't feel good trusting this place with my senior cat. I came here for a vomiting issue my cat had and the doctor checked her for about 4 seconds and then gave me a bill of $700 for test and blood work so I just left instead. Now that wasn't really the problem but I didn't enjoy the 5 second checkup. They then say my cat has an ear infection and I told them okay I can pay that so i let them treat her ear. My cat came back bleeding from her foot. They did tell me she was fighting a light and in my head I thought okay she chipped a nail she's just scared. When I came home I checked her foot and the nail was gone and bleeding all night. When I left the vet I made a friend who also had her senior cat. She was the best we made conversation she looked happy. She then comes out the room crying because sadly she put her cat down and obviously that was not the vets fault. Although on another review where they were there as well. They explained how the doctor dropped the deceased cat when the couple hasn't even left yet. And when the couple had barely left not even out the door yet, I hear the receptionist giggle and point at them maybe laughing at the cat being dropped?? Super unprofessional place in my opinion, the doctor was very sweet and his assistants were as well. I have mixed feelings about this place I wanted to have an open mind since this was my first time at a vet in years but I didn't enjoy how they treat the cats which is the biggest concern when bringing your fur baby. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I have had to deal with from the front desk employees. The front desk employees are always rude for no reason whether you're checking in for your appointed or calling in to set up an appointment. Last week, my dog needed a refill on his two medications so I called to get a refill. As usual, I am met with an abrasive and rude employee with unwarranted anger. She was giving me a hard time stating my dog would need bloodwork done in order to get the refill which was incorrect. My dog had gotten bloodwork done less than a year ago. She became upset when i mentioned this and said I was wrong and she wouldn't be able to until i paid for bloodwork. I asked for her name and to speak to the manager of the clinic in which she stated she wouldn't get the manager or anyone on the phone. She then hung up on and would not provide her name. I called back to speak to someone else to sort this out and my calls were being picked up and hung up on. I couldn't get through as she was making sure to hang up on me. I managed to get Dr. Oh on the phone and he stated reasons why this employe was behaving this way. Apparently, this is the usual behavior of this employe and isn't the first time something like this happens. Cassandra, the clinic manager reached out to me the following day to apologize and told me this behavior is not right and it's happens to multiple clients before me. She stated this would be addressed with the staff. I was refunded the cost of the medication due to this incident. Today, I receive multiple calls from this vet. I picked up after getting home from work and it was the same rude front desk employee calling to ask why the medication was refunded. She was angry and upset and wanted to know why I got a refund. Mind you, I had looked past this first incident and left it at that. I hadn't reach out or anything after speaking to Casandra. She is yelling on the phone arguing with me on wanting to know why i got a refund and if i had the medication still. This employee, who still would not give me her name, had randomly decided to look in my personal file to find this information. I warn everyone on working with this vet clinic. This employee has access to my personal information and nothing is being done. Espi, the lead of the clinic did not make today's situation better. I was met with rude and abrasive demeanor from Espi as well. At first, she did not want to provide her name. I was asking to speak to Casandra or Dr. Oh to which she said they were not available and hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and hope that these people are addressed. I will not be taking my pet here anymore as I feel this clinic cannot be trusted with personal information. I should t be reviving unwarranted calls from employees to argue. read more

I was referred to this vet clinic in late 2024 by a coworker. I had my poodle/Maltese Roxy for 14 years at the time and I was always scared to take her to the vet since she was older but I knew it was needed. When I took her in February 2025 , I was amazed by the service and was informed about Roxy being in great shape for her age! In Nov 2025 I took her back after she had some serious discharge and unfortunately Roxy was getting weak. The staff and vet here were very respectful and patient for the time I was there. I had Roxy put to sleep to end her pain and I wanted to thank this clinic for their service for the time Roxy was here I received her ashes in a beautiful urn with a certificate along with a paw print that I'm so thankful for , she lived beautiful 15 years read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. We brought both our cat and dog in for regular checkups and because they were both experiencing itching issues. The veterinarian spent maybe five minutes total examining both animals in the same room. We were quickly told it was fleas, given shots and prescriptions, and that was it. The entire visit felt rushed, impersonal, and like we were just another number on a conveyor belt. The bill came to over $550. Two weeks later, neither pet had improved. When we called back, instead of helping us address the ongoing problems, we were told to go to a different clinic -- which likely means spending another $1,000 and starting treatment all over again. I asked about a well-known flea medication, hoping they could help us continue treatment. The response was simply, "We don't carry it." No alternatives, no prescription, no guidance, and no effort to help us find a solution. We paid hundreds of dollars for what felt like a five-minute visit, received no meaningful follow-up care, and ended up exactly where we started -- except with less money and two pets that still need help. Very disappointing experience. We have lost confidence in this clinic and will be finding a new veterinarian. read more

Only leaving this here because I've never had something like this happen before when just calling for info Not sure what is going on with their front desk person and hiring/training but the conversation I had was insane from a veterinary office tbh I was trying to get clarity on their vaccine schedule and whether I'm getting the correct vaccine dosage since they give vaccines in 3 separate sets for puppies to build immunity and all the puppies from the litter got different vaccines in different schedules, some got the bordetella vaccines once, twice, and one got it 3 times bc they all went to different vets afterwards and each vet has a different way they give it and I wanted to know like should I come in and get them the second and third with them in this case?? FYI Ive never been here before and didn't get that explained or anything bc the breeder brought her and her litter mates here to get that first set. So uh yeah I didn't know and was going to go back to them to get the rest of the vaccines if that's what she needed and if it made sense. Normal question for someone who isn't in veterinary field or was never seen here before ? WRONG! How dare you not know this ? this is OBVIOUSLY common knowledge bc whoever Mrs. Front desk is who answered the phone kept repeating the same sentence saying "we give vaccine in 3 sets" well yeah girl but now what do I do ??? And then she said "I sound like I am having trouble understanding, can I speak to your mom ?" GIRL who talks to people like that at WORK? That's embarrassing. I told her I'm an adult and asked to speak to someone else cause WTF was that about lmao? Please get proper training this is not a job where you can be shady and twiddle your toes no matter how dumb the question seems to you. You seem miserable. SUPER disappointed in this vet. It's hard to find a good vet these days that's quality, good reviews, and doesn't extort your for every dime. I thought this clinic was the exception but boy was I wrong. This clinic is more affordable, so of course that will mean it's more popular. However, I feel like there were way too many appointments stacked. The waiting room was always full from the moment we arrived to when we left. It almost felt like a drive thru-- the appointment felt a bit rushed. Nonetheless, I thought the vet was kind, they ran the tests, have my doggy medicine for his cough then we were on our way. Overall I was satisfied as long as my dog got better. No fault of the vet, obviously, but my dog's cough returned a few weeks later. No problem, he probably just needs another round of antibiotics. Here's where things took a turn which is prompting me to write this review. I sent them an email the other day asking if I could get my dog on another round or what the vet may recommend, like another appointment if needed. Never heard back, ok, they might be busy. I then spend an entire day calling them. I kid you not, from about 10am until 4pm I called about 10 times at different times. Every time the call couldn't be completed. Busy line? Reception putting the phone on DND all day? Who knows. My recommendation for this vet: don't over book, overhaul your communication systems (phone, email, text), and refresh or re staff your reception staff.
