Because of a genetic condition I needed a total make over on all my teeth. He placed crowns on all my teeth. He did a masterful job that has lasted me 25 years. This has been my dentist for 3 years. Very layed-back, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like family after the 2nd visit. Appointments are always easy to schedule, I got in and out pretty quick, which I appreciated. Dr Chapple knows what he's talking about, so I felt comfortable entrusting him with all my dental care, even though I have some weird issues going on. He talks to you throughout the process so that you always know what's going on, he's gentle, and everyone in the office checks on you throughout your visit. I had a very positive experience going to Dr. Chapple's dentistry for the first time. Dr. Chapple and the dental assistants were all kind and easy to work with and talk to, and my first scheduled cleaning went very smoothly. My review is four stars, only because the wait was a little long. Multiple appointments were scheduled for a 2 PM slot, and the office doesn't have a very large staff. By the time my paperwork was processed, it was almost 2:30 PM. So, save for the prolonged wait time, it was a very pleasant experience - and I look forward to coming back. Dr. Chapple is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. I drive from Riverside because he is worth the drive. He is honest and genuinely cares about your oral health. Not the greatest of experiences here. First time we went the office staff seemed disorganized, and not with it at all. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, we were given clipboards to do the paperwork to enroll our family. Then we waited .... and waited ... and waited ... After finally getting to see the Dr., we noticed how much the good Dr. liked to chat with staff about his new car and and all about their lives ... while we waited ... and waited. Though the staff was friendly enough, there seemed to be little concern for quick, courteous customer service. I would like to start by saying I have been in great need of help for over two years deciding whether to get my tooth taking care of. Food was getting lodged between my upper back tooth causing a great deal of pain and discomfort as well as jeopardizing my health. If you allow a tooth to go untreated not only will you be subject to a great deal of pain, you can cause all kind of other complications such as HEART PROBLEMS ect. I PRAYED about the matter and ask GOD for directions sometimes in life we get so busy that we put ourself last we will pay for houses and cars ect. not taking the time to care for our self it is very very very important that I express how my experience was at Dr. Chapples office was. I called and spoke with Veronica and she was soooooooooooo very polite I believe in customer service I am in sales and I know first hand how important that is in business. I went in and did not wait long to be seen I was whisked into the back at which point Karen took my X rays and I felt a kindness from her it radiated. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Steven Chapple who proceeded to take care of me. The fear of going to the dentist is the SHOT WITH THE NEEDLE. I could not believe that there was absolutely NO PAIN, I mean absolutely NO PAIN I truly am Soooooooooooooooooooooo Grateful!!!!!! I forgot to mention that Dr Chapple reassured me that EVERY THING was going to be OK which MADE ME FELL that I was in GOOD HANDS. THEN CAME THE BIGGIE PULLING OUT OF MY TEETH!!!!! I was instructed to raise my hand when I felt pain. I braced my self adjusting my hand ready to raise it and all I could think was GOD please don't let it heart and I heard a small still voice from GOD saying you will be OK. I can not BELIEVE I NEVER HAD TO RAISE MY HAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely NEVER HAND TO RAISE MY HAND I did not ever make a sound. Dr. Chapples assistance ASHLEY was very knowledgeable and informative during my experience. I would like to close by saying I am not related to the Dr. nor any of the staff nor am I a friend of the staff. I found Dr. Chappel by PRAYING and being led to the internet and after reviewing the ratings seeing that Dr. Chapple had GREAT reviews I chose his practice. I have been going to him for over 10 years now and have always been delighted with the results. His staff is also very capable and caring. If I could give Brighter Image Dental more than 5 stars I would. I have dentist hopped all over the Inland Empire for 30 years and finally, FINALLY, I have a dentist. I have been to probably 20 different dentists, and I never finish getting the treatment that I need or I'm asked not to come back because I cancel so many appointments. This is because I'm afraid of dentists. Traumatic experience as a kid. So about four years ago I went to Dr. Chapple and had a tooth pulled. His shots don't hurt! He was very kind and very tuned into my body language regarding pain, and very willing to stop and let me gather myself. So not a horrible experience in the chair, and I loved his staff and how clean and efficient the office is. But me being me, I didn't go back for the rest of my work. Recently, I knew I had to deal with my teeth, I was a mess. I went back to Dr. Chapple and over the course of a few months, I got my work done, and I didn't cancel a single appointment! He still gives the best shots, he's still very much in-tune with his patients, the office is immaculate, and his staff is amazing and efficient. I was reading the previous reviews and I noticed some people mentioned waiting. I apologize to anyone who had an appointment after me, because once or twice Dr, Chapple had to stop and let me calm down, he'd talk to me. I imagine there are other patients like me who probably threw him off schedule. I would recommend Brighter Image Dental to everyone. read more

Outrageously long wait time. You wait in the lobby and you wait and wait in the chair. The dentist jumps back and forth between a handful of patients all at the same time. I can't see how you can give each patient the time and attention everyone deserves. If you're looking at one persons' mouth one minute and another the next, and on and on, how do you know he didn't get you mixed up with the mouth he was just looking at 2 minutes before you.
