Was suppose to come with 2 nightstands, king loft bed, 5 drawer dresser and then a dresser w/ mirror that lights up. Well......... FIRST ISSUE the bed was missing all of the hardware so my bed frame is sitting in pieces on the bedroom floor. Won't get the missing pieces for another week and I have my new mattress being delivered today that will have to be on the floor in the living-room(had to rearrange the living-room for the new mattress to lay) because again my bedroom has the bed pieces all over until I receive the hardware pieces next week. SECOND ISSUE, the light on the mirror does not work. Tried multiple outlets. Also have to wait a week for replacement. THIRD ISSUE, one of the nightstands had a softball size hole in the back of it! And have to wait a week for replacement. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! THREE ISSUES IN ONE DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!! As a first time buyer at Bobs I am VERY frustrated, disappointed, upset and pissed off. I spoke with multiple customer service reps(one of them named Diego hung up on me). They were "nice" but no urgency for solution. The only solution is to wait a week for new items. I shouldn't have to wait a damn week! WTF!! They should have arrived today with NO issues. This is crap! I've already waited a week and a half for the delivery. They need to start inspecting the items before they go out for delivery. HOW can you deliver half of a bed? HOW can you not see a giant hole in the nightstand? FIRST AND LAST TIME BUYING HERE

I had to pay over $1000 extra for an order that cost me $1600 a part of that is my fault if the sales associate would listen to the customer instead of doing what they feel like doing that would never happen. Quality of the material is very low quality. There's an area on my couch that I may have sit in a 10th of the time and it's completely degrading. The side I sit on is great.

LouLou Belle seems to have different things for sale. They have something for anyone. Things that make cute gifts that are different. It is obvious that they steer carefully toward unique eco-friendly goods while covering so many spectrums of interest.

I called and they sent a repair man 1 month later. Shortly thereafter it broke down again. It then took 6 weeks for someone to come. Now the whole bed is on the floor and Value City told me to contact the Warranty Company and they don't respond. My other bedroom set was on clearance, I sat on it on day and the whole side fell and the drawers screws fell apart. Value City said there is nothing they can do since it was a clearance. This is their legal way of protecting themselves and taking advantage of the customers. They are selling furniture that is "DRY-ROTTED!! Save your money their warranty company never contacted me

Carmen greeted us (my mom was with me) at the door, and directed us to the dining section. Sadly, it wasn't a great selection. It was small and maybe I'm just not up to date on current trends but everything mostly had a vintage barnyard feel. I was hoping for a leather like material but everything was that suede like material which was a bummer. The chairs I did like didn't come in the brown wood legs I needed to match my table. The did have a table almost identical to mine with chairs I'd consider. HOWEVER, the grey they advertised and I wanted was now discontinued in the style I wanted. Another bummer. I ended up getting an entire new set because it was only a few dollars difference from just getting chairs. It wasn't exactly what I was hoping nor the preferred color but with the holidays upon us I wanted new chairs to accommodate family. Using my value city card did save additional money which helped.

I have found some incredible pieces 40s - 70s (is my style) and because the owner gets so much stuff her prices are very reasonable. If you're into vintage clothing and you have time to search this is where you will find the best dresses. Most are a set $25 but she has the rarest stuff. Rockabilly heaven if you're into clothing. I wish it was sized but that's a tall order for how much stuff she has. Love it!

I went in today and purchased an adorable 60s shift dress with matching jacket- it might as well have had the original tags from the store because it was in mint condition. The best part- $30!! I couldn't even look at the jewelry in the front of the store for fear that my wallet would cry out in pain from losing it's BFF, my money. Forget the vintage and resale shops in the city. Take the train south and walk to this store. It has some great clothing finds and decent prices.
