Ok so storage places don't really have to do too many things to impress their customers - they're only storage places after all. In any case, Bright Self Storage ticks all the customer service needs I can think of. Patrons can access their stuff from 7am to 7pm every single day and office hours are listed above. I have some stuff in a 6x3 storage unit that has a roller door and an alarm. All the units have this and there is outdoor storage for things like caravans as well. The outdoor items are all under constant video surveillance. The units are really clean and seem quite new. I am confident that my things won't get damaged or wet from leaks as the building is very strong and secure.
