Ordered and paid for an annexe. Paid $4,000. Gave us the wrong colour and measurements. Got very hostile when asked for a refund or replacement with correct colour and measurements. Had to go to civil claims court. Judge ruled in my favour. They still haven't paid, so am enforcing the sheriff to seize their property to pay my refund back. AVOID - I do not recommend them. Have since found out TWO other customers who were unhappy with their service - again, wrong colours and wrong measurements. One guy had a whole wall missing! Joe Bonello - he is all nice but when you want something he doesn't like, he gets abusive and was yelling/swearing in front of my 6 year old daughter. Very unprofessional. read more

Absolutly fabulous, their customer service was amazing, incredibly helpful and willing to assist in anyway to make the process easy and design exactly what my family needed, saved us money with advice on design to allow for add ons to our Annexe down the track. We have since used our Annexe, not only is it easy to set up, the quality is second to none and we have had so many comments from other campers who have asked to have a look and wanted to know where we got it.
