I have found Noelle to be nothing but superb in her attention to detail and her constant feedback keeping me in the loop always. Her knowledge with off the plan contracts (which can sometimes be extremely difficult to digest with so much content) is excellent and the timely manner in which everything is done is always appreciated. I also used Noelle to act for me in a recent commercial premises transaction and cannot fault her work. There were things in the contract and vendors statement from the seller I did not pick up when I read over the docs but Noelle was able to read over the paperwork and any items which were of concern were discussed together and then dealt with accordingly. Settlement was delayed due to vendors bank not releasing the security. I asked the conveyancer two days in a row if we could get access to the property and was told no. I rung the agent directly late at night, who organised it for the next day first thing in the morning (was even told that the vendor has said they were surprised we had not asked earlier). I wanted to pick up title and was told it was not ready (this was a week after delayed settlement) and would be done when they had time, I also requested the stuart tile insurance policy which I had paid for - that was not available. 4 weeks later (not having heard anything from the conveyancer) I contacted them and they told me to collect title and emailed the policy through - I told them I would come in on the Monday to see them and they told me a conveyancer was not available. I am still waiting for the final adjustments to be sent through to me (I would expect an adjustment on rates at least..) I am still waiting. Dont waste your time or money on this firm. If your looking for a business that offers a poor unprofessional service - this is place is for you. Good luck. read more
