But on the day they arrived hours late and attempted to charge us more than double the quote we had agreed. We managed to get it down but still had to pay way more than the original quote, and we really felt that they had taken advantage of us and the last-minute situation we were in. But It got more expensive on the day after the cleaners arrived. They found reasons like the bathroom has soap scum and the oven is grimy, to increase the price further. So, they expect you to clean your house before their precious cleaners come to clean. The customer service team try to be really nice when you book with them, but you express your disagreement with the price increase, they ignore you and are unapologetic and you can sense arrogance as well in their tone. I am convinced that their other reviews are paid and fake, as I can't be the only one to be a victim of their misleading pricing policies. You will see a lot of reviews from people living interstate and overseas. I would steer clear of them.
