There have been oftentimes classrooms are over ratio to state guidelines. When it comes to communication among teachers, it's not quite there. It has become common to hear "I don't know" when asking a question in regards to my child's day. There have been times I have seen teachers not paying attention to kids whether it's taking over the fence while kids are on the playground and their back is turned to them or being on their phone. There was a time I came to drop off diapers and all the teachers were just sitting in chairs. Not one single of the new teachers and assistant director ever bothered to introduce themselves and I can guarantee don't know my name as a parent. Incident reports no longer go home. My child got hit and had a bloody nose and no one bothered to call or send home an incident report but rather just updated in the app. After having a sit-down, the owner and assistant director were not very welcoming in bringing up concerns so not all concerns were brought up. It's very much a "can do no wrong attitude" even when my daughter came home with fingerprint marks on her leg that looked like it had been from holding too tight during diaper changes. Upon leaving, I could overhear them gossiping about me as a parent when they thought the door was shut. It's not the first time though that concerns got brushed under the rug. Sasha has been the only asset to this company and we have appreciated all that she has done. I have attached pictures of the fingerprints, the bite mark from when my daughter came home with (I had to tell them it looked like a bite mark for them to even look at the cameras because they weren't watching and didn't see it happen), a teacher on her phone, as well as the threats. *Since posting our review on google I have received quite the message about being sued for posting our experience which should indicate how well parental feedback is taken.

The principal is extremely rude and doesn't communicate with families properly and handles situations extremely unprofessional. This school has went down hill within the past year. My family attended this church on a *regular* basis (virtually every Sunday and holiday) for well…read moreover a year. Then we asked the pastor about becoming members and he said he would "be in touch." For more than a year, we would ask the pastor again every few months, only to hear "I'll call you," or "I'll be touch." One Sunday they announced a new member class from the pulpit. We signed up for the class in the church office (only names on it at the time). Nobody ever mentioned the class again and nobody contacted us about it. In the meantime, the children's church school teacher brought up to the students (including our daughter) about becoming acolytes. Our daughter was interested and we were told to speak to a committee leader. She also put us off with "I'll be in touch" for several months until she had our daughter acolyte one time as a helper. We asked when she could do it again and were told, "Sorry, I just made the schedule for the next year, and there are no dates open." We stopped attending the church.
