He was incredible, calm, patient, kind and thorough. She enjoyed her time doing the in-cars and learned a lot. She passed the test with flying colors! Fast forward to 20 and my other daughter just completed her in-cars with Kelsey. She LOVED it and learned so much! This is a great company that will respond to questions immediately and patiently. This is the worst business I've ever dealt with and I would strongly recommend that anybody who needs driving instruction not deal with this business. First my son took the online instruction. Part way through his online instruction the program simply froze. We contacted Overbeke and we contacted their owner, Ari Klarfeld. We were told that Overbeke doesn't, in fact, administer the online course but instead they delegate that out to a separate company. We would have to deal with that company even though we paid Overbeke and not that separate company. I then spent 2 weeks trying to get through to that separate company. I finally threatened that I was going to contact the State of Ohio and only then did they respond to my emails. They finally solved the technical problem and my son was able to complete his online instruction. Thereafter we endeavored to complete his in-car instruction. Unfortunately the online instruction had been delayed so long that his temp expired and we had to renew it. After we renewed it we found out that Overbeke was booking 3 months in advance. We reluctantly booked his lessons 3 months in advance and then the day before his first lesson the instructor texted me and canceled. I reached out to the owner of Overbeke to reschedule his lesson and was told I would have to wait another 2 months for in-car lessons. This is a horrible company. They have no brick-and-mortar office. They list an address on Mercantile Road in Beachwood but if you go there it's closed, no one is there, and the door has a lockbox on it. I think they may hold classroom instruction there on occasion but nobody staffs this office on a regular basis. I have never been able to reach a person using their phone number. I have never received a return call despite my multiple phone calls to Overbeke with my multiple complaints. I have rarely received a return text and I have occasionally received a return email. There is no customer service and we wasted 1.5 years trying to get my son's license and finally had to get his in-car instruction with a different company. I would strongly recommend that anybody thinking about hiring this company use somebody else. When I went to the Mercantile Road location I actually bumped into another father with his daughter, also trying to figure out what was going on. Apparently their lesson had been canceled as well. This is a horrible company.

My granddaughter is a new kindergarten student. As a grandparent being charged with dropping her…read moreoff for breakfast in the morning I found the cafeteria staff to be less than welcoming. On the first day of kindergarten I was able to walk her into the cafeteria. We were both unsure of what steps she needed to take to get her breakfast. I approached two adult women that were having a conversation and waiting for them to complete their conversation. Neither of the women greeted me or asked if they could assist me and my granddaughter in any way. After being ignored for several minutes I explained that this was my granddaughter's first day and if someone would explain where and what we needed to do. The two women spoke to me the same way they spoke to the children. They were both rude and abrupt. Certainly, not the welcoming environment for a new student or parent. I was then told that I had to leave. After leaving and discussing the rudeness of the two women in the cafeteria with my husband who was waiting outside the cafeteria, a gentleman that I believe serves as security approached me and my husband and reassured us that our granddaughter would be fine and he would ensure she got her breakfast and made it to class. Cantebury, you can do better. Please train your staff to be cordial to parents and students. Their behavior does not set a positive tone for children to start their day

She's having a rough time in the mainstream classroom but doesn't quite belong in a self contained special ed group, so they've created a schedule and plan that works for her. I was not expecting so much effort to be put forth on behalf of one student. The school as a whole has friendly teachers and staff who are knowledgeable and love what they do, and there's a true community feeling. We're very happy with Canterbury!

The owner, Ms Holly, is directly involved in treating the children and is genuinely dedicated to both the success of the business and the well-being of her young clients. They have exceptional OT and speech therapists who assist children with various eating challenges, including issues with textures, moving food within the mouth, swallowing, gagging, and food aversions. We've been coming here for an integrated ABA program for our daughter since moving to Cleveland two years ago. Every staff member here genuinely loves working with children and is committed to tailoring their services to help each child reach their full potential and address developmental delays swiftly.
