They were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and the installer was efficient, professional, and had the new pump installed quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work and the experience. Would I hire them again? I hope I don't need to anytime soon...but if I do, I would definitely call them again.

Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.

I had them re-do several places because it looked terrible. One part they re-did still looks terrible. The plaster patch was rough and had to be sanded. They didn't clean up the sanded plaster and made nothing but excuses for the poor work. The end result is ok but was a huge headache. Mike made nothing but excuses for the poor work. His workers left trash laying around, poured dirty water on my oregano and mint plants and even tossed a couple of beer bottle caps in my ice plant. Run, don't walk away from these clowns! In response to the owner's comments. It's true I ordered a thicker tile but that wasn't the issue I was talking about. If expecting someone to do their best is an unrealistic expectation, then yes, I'm guilty.

The mini-pebble tech with abalone shell finished pool is stunning -- beautiful coping design, flawless tile work, perfect equipment installation, and it feels like a true backyard resort. Very Disappointed With Paradise Pools…read more Paradise installed our pool in 2008, and because of our history with the company, I recently contacted them when I needed some decking repairs. I also initially needed a new pool pump. I called Paradise on a Saturday to request an estimate. They couldn't come out until Wednesday. Since I needed to get our pool back up and running for our granddaughter's swim lessons, I found another company that was able to replace the pump on Monday. I still needed Paradise to provide an estimate for the sinking decking, so I kept the Wednesday appointment. When their service technician, Larry, arrived, he looked at the decking and then called the office. He spoke with Wayne, who told him that I would have to pay a $175 service call fee. This fee had never been mentioned to me when I called to schedule the visit--neither verbally nor otherwise. I told Larry that I was not willing to pay a fee that had never been disclosed and asked him to leave my property. I also pointed out that the concrete around the gas line installed by Paradise was sinking. Larry told me that this was due to the soil not being properly compacted before the concrete was poured. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Paradise installed our pool, and we even referred another customer to them at the time. Given that history, I expected much better customer service and communication. If there is a $175 service-call charge just to come out and provide an estimate, that should be clearly disclosed when the appointment is scheduled. Had I known about the fee beforehand, I could have made an informed decision about whether to have them come out. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be using Paradise again and cannot recommend them.
