Today's class with Pam is everything I have been looking for. She is rooted, calming, real, and guides with wisdom and grace. The studio is soothing, clean, welcoming, and elegantly unfussy. The room is carpeted and given the sweat and humidity in a hot yoga studio, it's no wonder. I was completely distracted by the smell the entire class. Also, the instructor kicked someone out of the class because they giggled. She said she kicked them out because he was disruptive. I never even heard him. What was disruptive was the instructor kicking him out and then continuing to talk about it the rest of the class.

The studio is a bit small, but the decor is great and mats are free. It's a great location though. My sister and I went to a yoga basics class taught by Sarah. I loved the class, but I didn't consider it yoga basics. We weren't looking for that--we went because of timing--but if someone was, it might not be the right choice. I would give this place 5 stars, but as others have mentioned, the owner doesn't seem to be reachable via email or phone. The phone number listed on the website goes to no where. My friend had some issues with her membership and could not get a hold of anyone for months! Luckily, I was able to get the owners phone number from one of the instructors so that she could contact him. I don't understand why the correct phone number would not be on the website. That being said, when I did have a billing issue I reached out to rob via text and he resolved the issue in 5 mins.

The studio upstairs was quite hot (unintentionally, I believe) but Alli kept everyone motivated and present despite the heat. The studio is sizable and pretty with lots of assistive props to borrow.
