Sean went the extra mile to check the car to determine if I needed new terminals. He said the terminals were good. I just needed to proper battery for the car. They were very friendly and I was greeted and treated exceptionally well. The manager came out, looked at my tire and within minutes my car was inside being serviced. I was told that it would probably take about an hour and I walked over to McDonald's and had some breakfast and by the time I got back my car was ready. Since I had the hazard insurance there was no charge for my tire repair. I have been a customer of Tire Kingdom for many years and this is my favorite location. I can honestly say they have always treated me very well and fair so I have no complaints ever.
