Decent car wash, pretty standard. They do have these multi colored flashing lights which adds a little razzle dazzle. My car needed some TLC and they got the job done. I'm satisfied with $10 basic wash. read more

IF YOU WANT A HALF ASS DETAIL THIS IS YOUR GO TO CAR WASH! They are the best option for an awful unclean finished job. Don't take your dogs car here. Went for a full detail quoted $230 went down to $200. This was an older persons car so overall clean to start but needed detailing from all the prior washes that typically just get quick wipe-downs at most car washes. Which is basically what these people did just poured armor oil to make it look shinier After completion there were immediate things that were not cleaned properly. When brought to the manager Napoleo's attention he and they "attempted" to fix those. An example was the front inside windshield had sticky residue still in the corner. Inside of rims weren't cleaned all the cup holders had visible crumbs/ particles in them etc. After we continued to show him he became frustrated and offered $50 back and instructed the workers to "stop" (RE-) cleaning the car We had to leave to retrieve the children and when we got home we were able to go through the car to see that it had not been detailed just washed and drenched in armor oil. The wax was not completely buffed out and could be felt from the touch. I went back today to show the attached pictures to the owner who the lady at the register stated he won't be back until next week and again got Napoleo. And again right of he was irritated. I tried showing the pictures but he said just take him to the car. As I pointed out the most visible areas of DIRT that you could rub your finger across he says "I AM NOT CLEANING THAT" " I gave you back $50 and I am not cleaning anymore or giving back any money" So you can see in the attached photos of what you get with a full detail $230, $200 to $150 it is a top option of wash with shampooed carpets but not a detail. We can say also a wax with partial buff. As you can see from the pictures they Juan Mr Owner you need to fire your onsite manager and the two people assigned to this car if you want to keep your business in operations. And Napoleo is rude and should not be in a managerial position. I will let the pictures finish this story. There are many many more but this all I can post. read more

Do Not Go here!!! They half did the job, and on top of that they stole cash out of a container in my door for emergencies! The container was closed meaning they had no reason to open it, yet they did and stole from me. I was planning on tipping them after, but after I saw the money was gone I quickly changed my mind! I come here to give my car a good detail every now and then. Located right across the street from red bird shopping center, Bright Brigade is one of the few car washes in the area that provide a service like this. When you arrive they have a menu of options listed. Once you pick the wash they will ask what scent you would like to chose or you can decline the scent. After they will vacuum and take your car through the wash. Make sure you take out or hide your valuables before the detail . You will wait inside where you can pay and take a seat. You can see your car as it's going through the wash. They have car air fresheners and snacks for purchase . After your car is washed there is staff who can wipe the inside and outside of your car down for further cleaning. Once they are done they will wave to inform you the car is finished for detailing and you can provide a tip (optional ). There is no atm here but cash back is available. I usually opt for the works wash. Keep your receipt as there is additional savings listed on the bottom for future purchases. read more

Warning, Warning!! do not spend your money at this place they will damage your property say they didn't and try and convince you it was already there or It's not not broken but I'm going to put some glue on it to fix it. The clean up job I got for 23.99 was awful streaks on windows , bad vacuum job and the Manager was RUDE and denied all responsibility when I pointed out what had not been cleaned he told me I did not pay to have car detailed I said I paid to have it cleaned he told the young person trying to get the spots I pointed out to stop and me to have a good day sarcastically of course and walked away. its all on video this is a short version read more

I usually visit this place and typically they do a great job but today I wasn't pleased at all. It wasn't very crowded, but it seems as though they did a rush job and weren't very thoroughly at all. I'm very disappointed in the work that was done and if I didn't have to be somewhere I would have them do it over. read more

I took my car today to get it cleaned and they did a great job. However, they knocked a loose my airbag cable underneath my seat when vacuuming. So I immediately told them when I got in my car because my notification light was on. So the manager laughed and lied and said I vacuumed it and it was already on and walked away. I will never ever go there again!!!! It's a simple fixed that he could have fixed since he knocked it a loose!!! read more

I looked up, the business hours for this car wash and closing time was at 6:30pm so i arrived at location right at 5:50pm all lanes closed with cones and was approached by employee stating they were already close for the day. This is a decent car wash. I've been coming here for years; with my parents when I was younger and now with my own car. A few pet peeves is how crazy is is to get in and out of because of all the traffic and then it causes back up on the street. Prices are reasonable and they sometimes have discounts. Inside has a gas station-esque snacks, a baber shop and other various flyers and chairs. The wait time is pretty short unless you go on Friday or Saturday or during 4pm-6pm. read more

Been coming here for years to get my car detailed. There's normally a line but that doesn't mean you'll be waiting long. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other locations. I really like it bc you can always get a good fragrance for the car. Baby powder makes it smell really good. I'd suggest tipping the guys at the end bc they really make sure your car is spotless. read more

One of the worst place to take your car for a hand wash!! I was so angry when I saw what they where doing! I paid $35 for hand wash and the only thing they did was just put water with soap and then rinse it off. They pulled it forward to dry it up then I told the guy what are you doing!! you haven't wash my truck at all the only thing you did was put water with soap!! So I made them to take it back and made sure they HAND WASH the truck!! So just an advise if yall take your car there keep an eye on what they are doing don't trust them!!! read more

On a recent trip to Dallas, I had rented a car at DFW. Without going into too much detail, a passenger made a huge mess in the back seat. I found this gem of a car wash and it saved my trip. They detailed my car leaving it looking like new. The workers were friendly and I even got to chat with the owner while I waited. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family living in Dallas. Go there now and often to keep your car looking like new. read more

I took my car in for a simple wash that turn out to be a disaster; a 5 days old brand new car left with brush scratches and scuff marks on window chrome on right side of car and top of trunk, took it back the next morning and manager only offer to wash it again as if that will resolve the issue: so unprofessional. I am that person who never writes reviews but I had to today, my husband took my car to this place today for a detail cleaning $160, he left the car because he was told it would take up to 4 hours with everything they were doing, so about 2 hours later they call to say the car was ready, we get there I asked the guy were they done, the windows were all streaked, there were spots and lint all over the inside and outside of the car (they use cotton towels instead of microfiber), there was some waxy substance running down the side of my console, the seats had some greasy stuff on them, but they weren't really cleaned, none of the inside door frames had been wiped down and the reason my husband let them do the detail is there was some residue on the outside of the car that they told him they would be able to remove, well not only did they not remove the residue they didn't even say anything to us about it until we pointed it out and they made some excuse why they couldn't remove it, now they were supposed to have buffed the car with a high speed buffer, which would have removed the residue and we know this because when we left there my husband took my car to a collision repair shop by our house he left it with the guy and that's what he did to remove the residue, so we also paid for that and did not get it. We just gave away $150, oh that's how much they decided to charge us...lol, I will never so business with them again, this was awful, don't waste your money. read more

This is the most god awful car spa in the Dallas area, I purchased a monthly pass and every time I use it I have to go over my car to get the dirt of the back window, I finally complained and was told by the rude and obnoxious manager JUAN that I can go somewhere else and he got into a vocal argument with me using foul language (yes I had some choice words for him to he got me twisted), I plan on contacting the owner next week and tell him of the treatment I got going there considering I do a lot of business with them. When asked to speak to the owner no one knows the number or will not allow you to go over JUAN head and of course you complaint stops with the ignorant man who calls himself JUAN not only is he a racist I believe he lacks the basic customer service skills to me a manager at the dump let alone a public place where we spend money on keeping out expensive vehicle clean. JUAN also told me I can't afford to wash my car keep in mind I have the monthly pass my response you got that right if you are not going to clean it properly.
