Not a bright beginning. I am looking for a preschool for my three year old, and I was impressed when I read the information on the Bright Beginnings website, so I called to see if I could get an appointment to tour the school. When I called, either I got cut off or hung up on because their was silence after the person who answered gave her initial greeting and I explained that I wanted a tour. I called back a minute later and it went to voice mail. I then emailed and received a prompt response from the director, "You are welcome to come for a tour anytime Mon-Fri between 9am-4pm. Unfortunately all of our classes are full with a two year waiting list at this time. We can add you to our waiting list if you are interested." I can clearly see they do not need and are not interested in new students. With the initial experience I had, I hope their business stays that way. read more
