I go to work worry free everyday, knowing that my baby girl is in great hands. They're clean, sweet, and caring. Every staff member makes you feel welcomed and informed. Then on the last day of the week she had a fever of 105! I took her to the hospital which she was hospitalized for 3 days with a temp of 103 and eneded up having a bacteria that had entered her blood. Needless to say she has never gone back. I always got his weekly projects every Friday and it seemed like his teacher actually cared about him. Then he moved to the next class and things went to SHIT. I stopped getting his weekly projects. I stopped getting feedback from the teacher. I was getting more and more incident reports which seemed like at least 1-2 a week of my child getting "hurt" which was bullshit. I paid for 2 class picture packages that costed $50 a piece and not once did I get his class picture. (Extra $10). Not to mention they tried claiming my son had lice multiple times!!! We even treated his hair.....brought him back and let them check his head before he went back and then would get a call 6 hours later saying he had more lice. Seems like that school has the lice problem NOT my son. On top of the bullying my son experienced. He would come home every single day saying this kid was punching him and the teacher refused to do anything about it. Here is where I'm BEYOND FUCKING PISSED OFF as a parent. My 4 year old son is now TERRIFIED of going to the bathroom. He says the teachers were mean to him if he wet his pants. I literally cannot get my son to sit on the toilet. He is EXTREMELY terrified. So THANK YOU SO MUCH KID CITY! I wouldn't be happier to see this "school" shut down by the state.

Highly recommended!…read more My parents have been happy and loyal Royal Palm Pest Control customers for years, so when I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a pest control company, they suggested I give Royal Palm a ring. And I'm so glad I did, for 2 key reasons: 1.) IT WORKS: From a purely functional perspective, the treatment definitely helps keep pests at bay. For the first few weeks after we moved into the house, spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs were nearly everyday occurrences (as they tend to be in Florida). After Royal Palm treated, it felt like we had our house back. We pay for quarterly treatments, and while they offer free interim treatments if we notice an uptick in pests in the home, we've never had to avail ourselves of that offer. If we ever see an insect in the house, it's rare, and they've usually given up the ghost by the time we find them. 2.) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SPECTACULAR: They always call US to schedule our quarterly treatments, which is a nice perk because I'd never remember. They're always friendly and professional. And our technician (Craig) is a super nice guy. Very efficient, always on time, AND he wears booties over his shoes when he comes into the house, which is such a nice touch. We like to maintain a "shoe-free" home to keep the floors clean, but we don't typically ask guests to remove their shoes because we don't want to make folks feel uncomfortable. So the fact that he wears paper booties over his shoes as a matter of course is just an incredibly thoughtful thing to do. Again, highly recommended!

Ira shoe repair- avoid!…read more VERY disappointed with Ira. Twice I have dropped my beloved Frye boots off for a resoling and twice he has not been able to make a straight sole. I asked him to put the same height heals that were already on the boot originally, which were less than 1 in, the first time I went to pick up the boots, he had put two inch high heels on my riding boots with lug soles! The second time it looks like he cut the two inch heel in half off one shoe, and then made the entire pair oddly crooked and very different ways per boot.... The right foot sole as well as the heels, pronate inward and the left foot sole and heel pronates outward! The shoe sits to the left of center- half an inch above where the arch is.... and one boot sits on the right of center, half an inch above where the arch is. Neither shoe has a centered sole. Neither is centered on the ball of the foot as is normal for boots and any shoes so you have some balance..... This time, it looks like he took one of the two inch heels and cut them in half and used the same heel for both boots. The heels are also supposedly new but they are all gouged up, with visible chips out of them, which obviously wouldn't last long, when wearing. The soles don't even lay evenly under the ball of the foot, but more toward the arch which is strange, and in addition to the heels the shoes pronate and lay on the arch part of the boot not the ball of the foot! I'm likely to fall wearing these shoes the way they resoled them to feel like marbles, completely unbalanced underneath. When I brought them to him he said they could do it, and he had other lug soled boots in his shop when I dropped off mine. Said it would be fine. When I returned it the first time, and I showed him and asked him why he put two inch heels on English riding boots, he said "oh I see what you want I will fix it." Even though I had given him pictures of what I wanted and he had the actual original soles on the boots to follow for height, as his guide. It still not fixed even this second time of taking the shoes back all the way from Palm Coast to Ormond Beach, for repair to Ira. When I got them the first time I asked him where the Polish had been because they always said that they polish the boots when they return them. No polish. He said he would polish the boots. So I got crooked heels and soles the second time and still no polish! Not sure what happened because they have some great reviews about their work -- but that was his dad who had a quality focus to not only remember an order but actually to fulfill it properly. His dad's quality is NOT the new IRA and sons store that reopened. Because of the reviews for his dad, we were willing to drive all the way there from Palm Coast to Ormond- but this is not even ok nor passible work at all, and he's had the boots since May... and charged me nearly $200 for this terrible job that now means I can't wear the boots..... This is not acceptable and I wanted to warn people not to go there anymore.

My mom's pieces were also not altered correctly, but she knew to not send them back to the same person twice after they had already butchered mine 4 to 5 times. Ultimately my skirt still has chunks of hard super glue and stitching that looks like my dog did it.

She was so sick she started having seizures…read more It's no wonder she was always sick because when we would pick her up, her teacher would be sitting on the floor with all of the children climbing on top of her. My child was 1 year old and when we would pick her up and she would be outside she would be on the complete other side of the playground from the teachers by herself on the big kids playground equipment. Every single time I picked her up her diaper was wet or filled with poop and when she got home she was ravenously hungry. They sent her home in other children's clothes. Sent her home with other children's pacifiers. Sent her home with their pacifiers even though I weaned her off of them they couldn't handle her teething. Wouldn't use the diaper rash cream I supplied then sent DCF to my home because of diaper rashes. She was only there a few months but the whole time was miserable. Never again.

Heath showed himself to be a person of integrity, character, and diligence. Heath has earned my future business.
