After many years of knowing this was a store with high prices and poor customer service, I decided to try it again. I stopped in after attending a luncheon nearby and sorry to say, its still the same.
Four sales staff were in the store. From what I could see, pricing still higher than many of their competitors and staff continued to ignore me, bordering on being rude. As a niece of two wonderful, philanthropic residents, the late Kay and Dick Wolfe, it saddens me to see such lack of respect for our Naples residents and even more importantly, to our visitors.
