The whole staff is great with the animals. The were quick, efficient and reasonably priced.

I love this doggie boutique. They always do a great job and it's a great place to go after the dogs play on the beach for the self wash. What I like about their grooming service, is that they work on one dog at a time. So they are in and out much faster then your typical groomer Randy the owner is just lovely. My only problem is that I don't make the appointment till the last moment and they book up pretty fast. read more

The Brielle Dog Botique used to be a great place for a self serve dog wash. I have been going there for years, even prior to present owners. Prices have increased, I totally understand. Hours have shortened, I also appreciate that. However, today is the THIRD time I have attempted to use the self serve dog wash during operating hours and was denied. I was told that there must be an attendant present. Perhaps they just need to operate as a grooming salon and eliminate the self serve. I have two large dogs and go there on a regular basis. The first time I tried to schedule an appointment at the Boutique, it took over a week for someone to call me back. Eventually I got an appointment. The cut they gave my dog was good, and I did go there for a subsequent cut over the summer. However, when I recently tried to schedule an appointment for a cut, nobody returned my calls despite leaving multiple messages over the course of about 2 1/2 weeks. Spare yourself the frustration. On five occasions I booked grooming sessions only to be told when I arrived that my appointment was not in the system. At least twice I produced a card on which they had written the date and time. Did me no good. I worked with the man at the desk twice to ensure that my information was correct and was told everything was now in order, so there should be no future screw-ups. I even showed up once days before an appointment to confirm my date and was told all was in order. Management needs to work with the man at the front desk who is sadly incompetent. I obviously won't be going back. Oh, and by the way, they often don't return phone calls. Look elsewhere. read more

My red toy poodle loves the beach and going in the ocean so this do it yourself dog bathing place is perfect! You can either bring your own shampoo or use theirs. I like their anti-itch oatmeal shampoo. They have super absorbing towels and a hand dryer to use as well as brushes and ear cleaning wipes. For some reason it takes half the time and half the mess when I come here compared to bathing her at home. Highly recommend Brielle pet spa! I will be going tomorrow! read more

I arrived at this appointment in 5 weeks to the owner saying 'sorry i only have you in for a nail clipping 15 minute time limit'. I said i have been coming here for a while i always book full groomings i have never booked a nail trim ever i always book full grooming before leaving from current grooming appt, we even had a three way dialogue with the groomer about making full grooming in 5 weeks instead of 6 weeks, his reply, "no time, next available appointment is in 15 days'. No "im sorry" or any attempt to see about another groomer nothing just "no time 15 days is my first appt". read more

My dogs were in dire need of grooming.I made my appointment and they couldn't be more accommodating.I felt very safe upon entering the place.The owner operator Randy was welcoming and very calming to my senior dogs.The place is immaculate!No doggy smells at all!Their groomer Sue came out to discuss the hair cuts and I knew they were in good hands.I picked them up a few hours later and they looked great!They didn't keep them in cages all day like I have experienced at other grooming places.They really seem to love dogs there!The little boutique area has really cute things to buy too!This is my new spot!!! read more

Our younger German shepherd does better when we bathe him ourselves. Easy to do in the backyard in the summer but tough when the weather gets cold. They have everything you need here. Easy, clean and everyone is super friendly! So happy to have this option!!! read more

Customer service is not a strong suit here. After just moving to the area, we decided to try this boutique grooming salon. After calling several times to try to make an appointment (with no return phone calls), I decided to stop in and make an appointment. The gentleman took my information down on a notecard and after needing to correct my information twice, he assured me that he had it right and would input it into the computer later. I was told that they were very busy and were not able to accommodate us for 2 weeks. We acknowledged the delay and made an appointment. After waiting for 2 weeks (with no communication), I stopped in for our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that someone had tried to call to confirm the appointment. Having not received said call, we determined that the gentleman had input my phone number incorrectly. What is perhaps the most frustrating is that I also left my email address. There was no effort for communication and when asked why the email wasn't used to follow up, I was met with a "we don't do that". So in summary, the woman at the counter dismissed me and said there was nothing she could do. As a customer, I don't understand why an error made by an employee is something I need to be penalized for. Would not recommend. read more

I enjoyed the convenience of the self wash service- the shampoo mixes with the water, and that is a good thing! Great smelling shampoo, afterward, I opted to use the blow dryer, and was given a basket containing ear wipes, eye wipes, slicker brush, finishing spray. My little Japanese chin looked and smelled fantastic afterward!! I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to do it yourself, and not have the fuss and muss of doing it at home. read more

We brought our dog in yesterday to be groomed, and couldn't be happier with the results. The place is so clean and the people so friendly that even our high-strung Schnauzer seemed relaxed. Alyssa listened to what we wanted and did an absolutely beautiful job. They only keep your dog as long as it takes for the cut, which makes the event so less stressful. The shop has an interesting array of items, and Randi was very welcoming. Most important, our dog looks beautiful, and he didn't seem the least bit traumatized! read more

I had always hoped to find a self dog wash shop that was convenient nearby. The low tub for large dogs is a back saver! I like that your can bring your own shampoo. The staff is very helpful. I would give 5 stars but they are sometimes closed with explanation when they are supposed to open. read more

I brought my golden doodle, Hank here for the first time last week and I've never been happier! From the first phone call to make the appointment to picking my pup up after his grooming, everyone was so helpful and so so pleasant. You can tell everyone there loves what they do- which makes it very comfortable to leave your dog with them. Hank was very matted and I thought for sure they would have to shave his tail. But our groomer worked her magic like it was nothing! Also, for such amazing work and compassion the prices are VERY reasonable. Can't wait to come back! read more
