Our first impression was that the ambience and scenery of this hotel were like a Van Gogh painting. This hotel and restaurant was on top of a mountain with a beautiful view of the valley of Les Baux and the Alpilles Mountains. The view of the valley was breathtaking, with olive groves, vineyards, and rolling hills everywhere. There is even a view of the chateau from the nearby town from the hotel. We were greeted with great hospitality. The receptionist at the front desk took the time to show us around and asked if we needed anything. We chose the room with the balcony. There was a bar and a newly renovated pool which made for a perfect day of sitting by the pool with a glass of wine. The best part of this hotel was that it was within walking distance of the mountaintop town of Les Baux. This small village was literally right out of a Hobbit movie. The hotel is also easy access by car to St Remy de Provence. The hotel restaurant was amazing. There was an option of eating inside which was in a cave or outside, where most people did overlooking the valley. The chef always walked around each night making sure everything was ok and it felt really great to see the man who was cooking our food. Dinner felt like a real homemade Provencal meal. We were always able to order a bottle of wine from a local vineyard. Another great part about this hotel was that it was close to nearby wineries and olive groves so you can spend some days tasting French wine and olive oil. If you want to experience Southern France in a quaint and charming location with nearby access to one of the most beautiful villages in France, than we definitely recommend this hotel. You will not only receive exceptional service, but also an exceptional experience.

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite and oh-my-gosh the view is to die for. Seabass: The skin on this eas perfectly crispy and the quinoa bits were crispy and the pickled onions were sweet and tangy 5: Diorama dessert: I was most looking forward to this but was disappointed by how simple it turned out to be. It was creamy and delicious, but I felt that the pastry chef's other creations were more interesting/unique, but what sold me was they made it specially for Dior Definitely recommend paying a visit if you visit the south of France!

We planned to explore both the city center and take a drive out to Barolo to visit some wineries, so the location worked perfectly for us. One major perk: the hotel offers free on-site parking, which made things super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We booked the presidential suite, and it was absolutely lovely, spacious, comfortable, and a step above the rooms we had in other cities during our trip. I highly recommend upgrading to the presidential suite if you're considering a stay here. We would definitely stay here again!

There are no shampoo or hair conditioner but no matter, the mattress is firm, sheets are crisp and the AC in every room keeps the temperature at 18 degrees centigrade with near perfect silence from anywhere! The decor in the foyer is rich and chandeliers everywhere and the toilet at the lobby was all marbled with individual stalls and flowers galore. Do try. People are so friendly here.

The room was huge and had beautiful details like crown molding, high-end materials and a walk-in closet. Equipped with robes, slippers and other luxuries we almost didn't want to leave the room. The hotel itself was really nice as well, and we almost felt like Kevin in Home Alone 2. The breakfast included an impressive selection of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. It's too bad we only had one night here! As for the area- we were able to walk to several nearby shops & restaurants. Parking was a breeze.

Great breakfast buffet each morning, nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, excellent showers. But, what sets this hotel apart is the service. All the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking is a breeze for only 25 euros. Just park outside the front door and your car is moved to a secure, private garage. If you will need again within the next couple of hours they will park in their interior courtyard. We used Turin as our base of operations, but on two occasions we left for two days (skiing at Courmayeur and bullet train to Rome). In both cases we didn't want to haul all of our luggage. No problem--they held our luggage until we returned. We enjoyed our time in Turin and will definitely come back. There's no question where we will stay--Grand Hotel Sitea!
