Okay, so this review is super late and things may have changed but, Wow! Once inside the gates it was as if you stepped into an oasis. The property, lush with greenery and well maintained welcomed me with an, "Ahhh, I'm home vibe". Pet friendly with enough square footage to take your pooch out for a quick walk. Laundry on site was small but appliances well maintained and residents courteous (most of them). Property Mgr was personable, engaging and efficient in responding to calls and request for maintenance. Occasionally a vagrant would access the property to collect recycling but would leave upon request. The surrounding neighborhood was friendly, walkable and convenient for everything. The entire process was easy and straightforward, especially since we were first time renters. The area is nice, quiet, and peaceful. The management is super friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. From beginning of applying went easy and smoothly, to paying the bills every month is super easy. When we moved in they left us a welcoming gift basket as a surprise and the stuff inside helps a lot with support for someone who came with nothing when moving in. This community has been so quiet and comfortable for the last two years I've been living here. Scarleth, the community director, has been so professional and accommodating with any help we've needed. I strongly recommend Bridle Path for couples and small families. It is conveniently located next to Walgreens, a neighborhood Walmart, Starbucks, and a BOMB taco truck. The neighbors are friendly and there is assigned parking (1 spot per door). this place is horrible the apartments are shitty they half ass painted and put the place together the carpet is horrible and don't even staple it to the ground! you can pinch it and the carpet comes up, everything in the apartment is poorly put together! constantly something going on screaming neighbors had a neighbor overdose on the lawn, they don't truly care about any of their tenants I recommend never renting here, no matter how clean you leave your apartment they will take your whole deposit and more if they can! had a neighbor go to jail and he couldn't come back and they charged him over 11k for his apartment, they will charge you and take any money they can from you it's ridiculous DO NOT RENT HERE !!! Also cockroaches are so bad here and they have a bunch of stray cats everywhere and don't handle the situation the cats continue to repopulate and all they do is say to not feed them but don't fix the problem their also was hair and flies painted over in the walls and the bathrooms don't have good airflow at all so the bathroom will get moldy. I want to say thank you for keeping our complex nice and clean I also. I highly recommend living here at bridle path place apartments. Everyone here is nice and friendly. The environment here is quiet though out the day and night. I love how it's a smoke free complex so you dont have to worry about opening your windows and enjoy the fresh air. This complex is clean . Cozy. And it just feels like home. Not to mention management is always making sure our work orders are taken care of that very day. As for maintenance he always here to fix what is broken the very same day ..sometime 5 to 10 minutes after I call in for a workorder. I didn't have a problem living here, I thought it was a nice place for my first apartment. Only problem I had was when I moved and getting my deposit back. I only lived here 9 months, and even with 2 younger kids everything was still clean. To the point they could've moved someone in the next day. My deposit was $500, and guess what the cleaning fee and paint fee just so happened to add up to $500 and not a cent more. Things like that make it look like they are in business with a cleaning company to make fake receipts and pocket the rest. I just found it funny how it just so happen to total out to be $500. read more

Love this place. I am currently renting a remodeled unit and I love it so far,very peaceful and quiet. I am down stairs and have had issues with bugs but if you communicate with the onsite manager she will have pest control spray outside and inside your unit as well as the rest of the complex which helps a lot. The manager is sweet and is quick to resolve any issue you may have. The only problem is parking, they are not assigned YET, and it fills up quickly and some may have to park outside the gate or across the complex. I am currently satisfied living here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. The price is worth it if you have a remodeled unit. read more

Since I moved in over 5months ago to date,I have never received a gate code for my guests to be able to visit without me having to leave the house and open the gate for them.I have followed up and the excuse is still the same that the gate company will fix it.Every once a week my outlets in the kitchen will stop working and I have to put in a work order, I was promised an electrician will be sent out.That never happened.Yesterday I went in with the same complaints the manager said she would send maintenance,it's the next day today no one has come yet.It's 3pm I went to the office after attempting to call the office to see if maintenance was still coming.There's no one in the office when it's business hours.I call and leave voicemails they don't have the professional courtesy to return any calls! I'm so fed up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you're ready to ne stressed over things you shouldn't be stressing over.There's also not enough parking because they don't assign parking here.So imagine the residents that have more than 1 vehicle and sometimes they have guests with cars.Why don't they assign parking for every unit so I can enjoy my money's worth! read more

I lived here for 4.5 years, and every 6 Months I ask to sign another lease for 6 months. Thinking this is what they preferred, as they're almost guaranteed to have money coming in for at lease 6 months. Spoke with the new Manager Scarleth and was promised have that ready by the 2nd of August 2016. When that day came I received a 60 day notice to vacant, and when I contacted the owner Dave at Patmon limited partnership and explained that this retaliation due to the fact that I refused her sexual advances towards me. Have a girlfriend whom I love very much, and do not believe in cheating. She was telling me that she was going through a tough time and was very depressed. I offered her a book I had already read and told her it help me get through some depression. I'm sorry if she mistaken my kindness for flirting. After speaking to Dave, he didn't want to hear it and even defended her. He then served me with a 3 day notice. I never meant any harm of this and in fact enjoyed living there. So it just so coincidently that I was being ask to leave. Because at 4 years you need not worry about paint or carpets. Even though I kept them in good shape. The owner is a liar, gave me his word days later he would stop an eviction process if I was just to turn over the keys, he didn't stop anything. Also I had given them $900 in deposits due to me recently adopting a dog. So it written here I gave $ 400 deposit and owe them $468 but i have them 900-400=500-468=$32 Bucks? My dog never even on the apartment carpet floor, never peed or pooped. Why did i not receive my deposit? Greed! ! read more
