Ashley Park Apartments - Pool

Ashley Park Apartments

(9 reviews)

Been living at Ashley park for almost four years and I don't think I will be moving anytime soon,…read moreone part is because I'm lazy and here is the other part: PROS: rent is cheap compare to other places around the same area and the apartments are a pretty decent size too. I have a 1 bedroom and paid $645 per month with all utilities included minus pg&e; they have move in specials most of the time when I first move in I only paid $299 including deposit for the first month and $450 for the next 5 months ; the complex is gated it, and is pretty quite I haven't had any issue with noisy or troublesome neighbors, but if u do have a problem the manager here actually does her job not like at other apartments I have been she actually listens to you and fixes any problems you may have as fast as she can; maintenance is also good, if you need something fix they will fix it in 24hrs or less; you are allow to have cable or satellite which I really like. CONS: You are not assigned a parking space is first comes first serve which kind of sucks because sometimes is hard to find parking close to your apartment, if you have a one bedroom you won't have air conditioning/heater in the bedroom only in the living room which also sucks Cuz the room is freezing cold at winter nd hell hot during summer, there is not enough trees to at the complex Hmmm wish there were more. Conclusion: I enjoy leaving at Ashley park is a well kept quite community with an excellent manager and is close to Delta college which is a plus for me, so if you are apartment hunting give Ashley park at try you may like what u see

Quailwood Apartments by FPI Management

I love living in Quailwood. It's not your average apartment complex that comes with dozens of perks…read moreand fluff, but it's a great place to live with awesome people working there. For example, my drain clogged up about a week ago (who knew you couldn't put potato skins down the garbage disposal!) and getting a maintenance request was super quick and easy - not to mention I have a dog so I require a little bit of planning ahead to arrange maintenance and all that sort of thing. Vonnie and all of the maintenance guys are great. The guys wave to you and ask how you're doing if they see you around the complex, and are very respectful and efficient when they have to fix something in your home. Two of my friends live in different apartment complexes that I was seriously considering moving into before I found Quailwood, where all the perks such as a fitness center, laundry rooms, pretty grounds, etc made it seem like a great place to live. One of my friends had nothing but struggles at her complex, and my other friend has difficulties with laundry room hours and parking at hers. Quailwood doesn't have a laundry room or a fitness facility, but every apartment has a washer/dryer hookup and the places are HUGE. There isn't a security guard patrolling around all the time, which was scary at first, but every place has it's own one or two car garage that locks. The apartments on the first floor have gates that can lock. The only bills that I have to worry about paying are rent (which for the quality and amount of space you get is very cheap), PG&E, and whatever extras such as internet or TV that I'd like to add on. Quailwood pays for trash and sewage and all those other little things that you wouldn't think you'd have to pay a bill for. If you're struggling on deciding where to live, check this place out. There's no contest that this is one of the best, if not the best, place in Stockton.

I can't say many things I don't love about this apartment. I will give you a list of both…read more Pros: 1) they approved me when everyone else turned me down 2) the managers are so kind & sweet 3) they want you to be happy & safe so they do check on you . 4) they send Maintenance out in a timely manner + they also give you a notice of when they will be doing walk throughs. 5) I have never seen a roach, ant in my apartment only daddy long legs they seem to love it around here Now some things I wish they could tweak. 1) keep the rent low while including utilities, pet rent& pg &e in it 2) get some new Appliances ( for laundry room as well as apartments) the dryers & washers are always breaking down ! Plus they should think about getting a second laundry room since it's such a big complex 3)maybe think about going from a card entry to a clicker. Only reason I say that is because sometimes people stand outside the gate and I get a little nervous having to roll my window down and stick my arm out to open the gate!. But other then that I love this place sad I have to leave! And no I'm not being paid for this ! This is my honest opinion .

They have a gate that helped us feel safer too. There's issues like everything else, but Dolores was always helpful. Anytime we had an issue, she'd help us ASAP - I always felt good here. Recommend to anyone looking for a spacious, cheap(er), and safe apartment in Stockton.
