I have a 1 bedroom and paid $645 per month with all utilities included minus pg&e; they have move in specials most of the time when I first move in I only paid $299 including deposit for the first month and $450 for the next 5 months ; the complex is gated it, and is pretty quite I haven't had any issue with noisy or troublesome neighbors, but if u do have a problem the manager here actually does her job not like at other apartments I have been she actually listens to you and fixes any problems you may have as fast as she can; maintenance is also good, if you need something fix they will fix it in 24hrs or less; you are allow to have cable or satellite which I really like. CONS: You are not assigned a parking space is first comes first serve which kind of sucks because sometimes is hard to find parking close to your apartment, if you have a one bedroom you won't have air conditioning/heater in the bedroom only in the living room which also sucks Cuz the room is freezing cold at winter nd hell hot during summer, there is not enough trees to at the complex Hmmm wish there were more. Conclusion: I enjoy leaving at Ashley park is a well kept quite community with an excellent manager and is close to Delta college which is a plus for me, so if you are apartment hunting give Ashley park at try you may like what u see

The community director, Alicia, was a very kind woman and knew a lot of information about this place. As she should, of course. She was very patient as I had a lot of questions regarding the apartment, down payment, rent, etc. This was my first time apartment hunting and I enjoyed that I decided to come here to check it out. There did seem to be a secured gate in which you need a remote to get in and out of. Reading these past reviews it did make me nervous about break ins, vandalism and so on. I mean, honestly, you have to worry about that anywhere you go. The units are so spacious! I believe for a 1x1 is 830 sqft and then a 2x2 (townhome) it's 1,330 sqft. That's pretty big considering there are places with a 2x2 and they're still really small. I love the idea of a townhome because it gives that actual home feeling. If you've been considering these apartments, definitely inquire about it. You might surprise yourself!

Property is well cared for; pool areas and lawn care maintained. They always pick up trash daily all over on both complexes. Never had issues with theft of property or mail (left our garage wide open a few times overnight). Our neighbors were the best, very friendly and could always count on them if we were out of town. Front office ladies keep renters posted on events for tenants. Very pleased with our time at Brookside Crossing . I would definitely recommend this place. Most days when I come to visit my mom, there is activity in the lobby, with residents sitting around and enjoying. Communication is outstanding. I am kept up to date on everything about my mom, they are very attentive. Jennifer, Karen and Gloria are amazing. They have made suggestions on care for my mom and were spot on.
