The initial booking interaction with the front office manager was excellent, and she went out of her way to make sure we were familiarized with the property, how to get in and out of the coded gate, and where to find our documents/keys, etc. as we were checking in late upon arrival. The cabin was beautiful, if not a tad outdated in the typical "Gatlinburg mountain-style" motif, and was settled nicely by itself without an immediate neighbor, so we felt very comfortable, secluded, and able to fully relax - the ideal weekend getaway environment! What was even better was the pricing. Our cabin was a 2 bedroom, 3 bath, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, dishware, silverware, etc, and a living room area with 2 couches, a lounge chair, including a flat panel with tv access, and all across 2 stories. Everything was very well cleaned, the loft area was beautiful, and even had an in-room whirlpool-jetted tub. Everything they said they'd do, they did. Great service, nice location very close to the Fall Creek Falls State Park, and within 15 mins either way of the nearest town for additional options. Overall, we'd most certainly visit here again the next time we're looking for a hike along the beautiful falls nearby!

This Hampton Inn was built the end of 2021. All the staff were very gracious, kind and helpful. Everything was clean and fresh. The room and bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable with four pillows; two soft and two firm, so take your pick. The room has a large LED TV, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, desk, chairs and USB ports to plug in your cell phone or computer. Free 5G High speed Internet. Hampton Inn has a Free Continental breakfast from 6 AM to 10 AM. Hilton Honors members can grab a "to go bag" if you're in a rush and don't have time for breakfast. They also have complementary coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea in the lobby area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This Hampton Inn is about 3-miles from: Fast Pace Urgent Care, The Park Theater, The Vintage Market, Riverfront Park and Pepper Branch Park/ Golf /Kayak launch and Smooth Rapids Kayak/Tube Rentals. It's also about 10-miles from Cumberland Caverns with 32-miles of caves with daily tours. The Hotel is about 13-miles from Rock Island State Park which has 883-acres of all types of hiking trails, forest trails, dog leash trails, Center Hill Lake, Caney Fork Gorge, Great Falls Dam and 30-foot water falls. I asked if we could sit on the porch and she just shrugged and walked off. This hotel needs a good cleaning. The porches which should have been inviting at this time of year were fifty. The carpet in our room was worn and dirty and our shower had mold in it. We stayed the entire weekend and had breakfast and supper there. The breakfast was really good and the suppers were okay but not what would expect at Red Boiling Springs. The other two historic hotels appeared to be much better. We did the entire spa which was one vibrating bed and one heat bed and a mineral bath in footed bathtubs. It was very pleasant and relaxing. After this the hosts were more polite and seemed to be happier than when we arrived. I do not recommend it.

So our room was the kind with a separate bedroom and a living room with a door in between, so it worked perfectly for us (I like to sleep and my husband is a night owl). The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff here was really great, and there is a Starbucks within spitting distance. Would absolutely stay here again.
