Chris and Sam…read moreBarber Shop went completely above and beyond to make me look my best for my wedding tomorrow, and I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. This wasn't just a haircut--it was an experience. The attention to detail was incredible. Not only did he give me an elegant, perfectly finished haircut, but he also cleaned up my eyebrows, used a straight razor on the back of my neck and face, and even trimmed up my ear hair. Every little detail was taken care of. The vibe of this place is straight out of a movie. You can tell they take tremendous pride in what they do, and they genuinely want you to leave looking and feeling your absolute best. I walked in wanting to look sharp for one of the biggest days of my life, and they absolutely delivered. I can't thank them enough. I LOVE this place and will 100% be coming back anytime I need a haircut. If you're looking for a barber who truly goes the extra mile, look no further than Chris and Sam Barber Shop!

I don't work in Canton anymore--and am about an hour away--but, whenever it's haircut time, I battle I-95 and get to Frank and Vinny's. I want to share my experience with this barbershop…read more I was not given the haircut I asked for. The barber simply cut off almost all of my hair length, even though I clearly said I only wanted a very small trim. The whole time, she was chewing gum loudly with her mouth open right next to my ear, which was very uncomfortable. She handled my hair quite roughly, and in every movement it felt like she didn't care about what she was doing at all. There was no attention to detail or effort. At times, it even seemed like she was just pretending to work -- picking up tools and bringing them close to my head without actually doing anything meaningful. The final result is uneven and completely different from what I requested. I've had many bad and strange experiences at barbershops before, but this is the first time I've felt the need to leave a review.

That should tell you everything you need to know about how phenomenal this salon is. Tarra Dean herself is an absolutely excellent stylist and a true master of her craft. The quality of her work is consistently superb. However, what makes this studio truly stand out is the entire team. Though I mainly see Tarra, I've had services with others and every single stylist is fantastic, professional, and highly skilled. Beyond the excellent services, the atmosphere is simply fun and welcoming. The people are genuinely great, the service is top-notch, and they make every visit feel like a special, amazing experience. If you are looking for a studio with unparalleled consistency, incredible talent, and a guaranteed good time, look no further. This place is worth the drive, worth the time, and worth every penny. Absolutely unacceptable experience -- avoid at all costs…read more I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Sport Clips Haircuts of Mansfield Crossing. The stylist not only delivered a poor haircut but also lied to us and behaved in a rude and discriminatory manner. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing. From the moment we walked in, we were met with hostility and disrespect. The staff member showed no professionalism, and their behavior made it clear that this is not a welcoming place for everyone. What should have been a simple haircut turned into a deeply uncomfortable and upsetting encounter. Businesses like this should be held accountable for unethical practices and discriminatory behavior. I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that treat customers with dignity and respect -- this is not one of them.
