The long story: The owner, Crystal, cut off about 6 inches of hair without even asking me when I said I wanted some layers for separation and a trim with my dye job. My hair is now so short that is barely touches my shoulders when straightened, however I have very curly hair so wearing it naturally won't be an option for months now. I asked for a blue to teal to green ombre affect while keeping the top of my hair black. She dyed almost everything teal. The only way to see the black is to pull my hair into a pathetic, stubby ponytail, but my hair is now so short it won't stay in an elastic. She also thinned my hair without permission, horrifying me once I realized what she had done. She has no business working on anything besides straight, blonde, thin hair, and if you don't have hair like that, she'll make it that way by the time she's done with you. $185 wasted on an inexperienced shop owner with bratty children who cried, screamed, threw temper tantrums, went through my purse and used me like a jungle gym for 4 hours. I've been to expensive salons and I've been to supercuts and plenty of places in between for various services and I've never been so mad or wanted to cry so hard after getting a hair cut.
