From the first call to the actual move, BridgeView Van Lines was exceptional! I honestly wasn't expecting to have such a wonderful experience from a moving company, but that's just what they provided. Very fair pricing and great communication. The three movers were so kind, very careful with our things, and worked extremely hard. We did a local move, and they had to park at the bottom of the hill at the new house because the driveway was too steep for the truck. That meant the team had to carry everything up the slope. The movers never complained, only had positive attitudes, and absolutely crushed it! Thank you, BridgeView Van Lines team, for the gift of a smooth and pleasurable moving experience. Highly recommend them!

An amazing experience with this company for my moving needs. Even with short notice, they were quick, professional, and did an extremely thorough job. Nicholas was my main contact, and he went above and beyond to ensure all me needs were met and to take care of everything for me with excellent communication and courtesy. Crew were very hard working to ensure everything was moved out and moved in efficiently. I was impressed how hard working these three were, best in the business I would say! I am recommending BridgeView Van Lines to anyone and everyone I know of who needs a hassle free move. Such a great weight off my shoulders, thank you guys!

I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. This is a middle man, not a moving company. Once you sign up ...they will not refund. You are stuck. Two different movers showed up at my home. The actual movers came, didn't have room for my move. Had to pay more and still had to leave 3/4 of my items. I provided a detailed list with measurements along with pictures prior to the move. I was ripped off. Don't ever use this company. Schedule directly with the actual mover yourself.

Water damage on a brand new mattress

This company was a COMPLETE scam. Charged me 3x the quote and then left all of my things in a wet storage unit for 2 weeks. My furniture was delivered completely covered in mold and I still have not been compensated 6 months later. Awful customer service -- I was never allowed to speak to a manager because they "don't take calls" and they weren't even in communication with the drivers. It's honestly impressive how terrible everything about this experience was.

    Damaged desk in several places

This moving company, first of all, is NOT a moving company. they are brokers, and lying deceitful ones at that. The actual moving company they sent me, Ernest Moving & Storage, were animals. My furniture was protected with thin black plastic only. No blankets were used. They charged extra for every added step beyond what they deemed normal. Obviously, my furniture was taken on and off the truck in the pouring rain because it suffered serious water damage. See photos below. Boxes specifically marked "This side up" or "Do Not Lay of This Side" were completely ignored. Finally, they promised to send me a claims form. I never received it and now when I call them the phone number they provided is no longer in existence. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY. Final suggestion, if you are planning an intrastate move, use PODS.

I have nothing good to say about Bridgeview. The 2 representatives I spoke to, lied to me about the move. They said if I didn't use all of the space requested on the truck I wouldn't be charged for it. I was NOT told that there were "bulky item" charges for 2 of my items so I had to rent a uhaul trailer just to transport those. I was told to set my "1st available delivery date" as the day after pickup, even though it was a cross country trip. If my items were available for delivery before I was at my destination, I could "use the FREE storage" provided. They didn't say I'd have to give them prior notice for using the storage, and there'd be re-delivery charges, so the total actually doubled, in addition to the uhaul. I only used the 350 cu ft of space I had requested on the truck, they charged me for 450 cu ft. When they came to load my items, I asked them to load my heavy duty boxes first, and stack the cardboard boxes on top of them. They loaded the fragile cardboard boxes first using too much space. I said my boxes would get damaged and the movers said " if you don't like it we can unload everything and you can forfeit your $1800 in deposits". I was told by both Maya and Sierra that they'd help me out with the extra charges, then they proceeded to dodge my phone calls for a week. When the items were finally delivered, there were 11 boxes heavily damaged, and one box was completely broken and the priceless keepsake items my Mom left me were on the floor of the trailer. Additionally, several pieces of art were damaged, and an expensive piece of cedar from my bed footboard was missing. I'm asking for a full refund of the move, and reimbursement for the uhaul ($700), and the cedar board from the footboard of my bed ($600). The refund/reimbursement check should total $3,955. This total does not even include the damage to the artwork or my priceless family keepsakes (at least $1500). If we included those damaged items in the cost of everything, our total is $5455.

I don't even know where to start. After hours of digging through Google, Reddit threads, Yelp…read morereviews... you name it, I was genuinely overwhelmed trying to find the right company to ship my (new to me) classic car (1967 Mustang). It feels like every transport company has either horror stories of the car falling off the trailer and the driver didn't have insurance, car was taken to the Mexican boarder and never seen again, or obviously fake reviews. I eventually landed on Zip Auto Ship for two big reasons. First, the sheer number of legit 5-star reviews. Not AI-written nonsense, no bots, actual people with real experiences. I honestly didn't believe it at first. Second, I called and spoke with Josh, and that conversation alone pretty much sealed it. He didn't give me the usual sales pitch. He walked me through how the process works, why prep and proper insurance coverage matter, and how carefully he vets the carriers he works with. It was clear he actually cares about doing things the right way, and that immediately put me at ease. For context, I got five quotes total: two from friends' recommendations, two local companies, and then Josh at ZipAutoShip. Not only did Josh have the best reviews and the most transparent communication, but his quote was the best price by a noticeable margin. About 10% cheaper than everything else I looked at. And again... zero pressure. No pushing, no guilt-tripping, just straight answers and a fair number. From there, he made the whole thing ridiculously easy. He took my info, contacted the current owner on my behalf, coordinated everything with the carrier, and lined up the pick-up and delivery without me having to babysit the process. The car showed up at my door in Little Rock four business days after my first call with him. Smooth, simple, exactly what you hope for when shipping a vehicle but rarely get. And honestly, one of the things I appreciated most: he didn't spam me afterward. No "hey can you leave a review?" messages, no follow-up hustle. Just a job well done and letting the work speak for itself. That actually says a lot about the kind of business he runs. If I ever have to ship a car again, there's absolutely no question I'm calling Josh. Save yourself the headache and just go with Zip Auto Ship.

I originally hired another company to move my car up to NY. After they completely dropped the ball…read moreon any of their promises, I reached out to Josh. He was very sympathetic to my problem and got right into finding a solution. Within one day, he sourced another carrier, gave me a promised pick up date and supplied the carrier's proof of insurance to ease my mind that my car would be covered if damaged. Josh is an all-star who takes great pride in is work in an industry that is filled with less-than honorable people. It's one thing to make a promise, it's another if they can actually deliver on the promise - that's where this company excels!!!
