I have gotten so many compliments since having it done, and it looks beautiful both curled and straight. She is personable and sweet, but also gifted in her craft! I felt that she took her time with my hair and carefully considered the placement of the color. Her pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of her work. I spent a lot of time deciding on a balayage artist and I couldn't be happier that I chose Brittney. I will definitely be going back to her to maintain my beautiful color.

I would think from my email and how upset I was she would offer a partial refund since I was promised one thing and got another.

That is helpful because you can always adjust the services you want (e.g., full highlights or half highlights) according to your budget. There is free parking, and the location is perfect!
