So I went to Tiny Town and the clerk presented a bag and asked me to sign a form that the item had been picked up. I asked to see the item. It was a lovely summer dress. I asked her for store credit since my granddaughter had outgrown the size. She loudly stated the no return policy for sales items. I signed the form and took the bag home. Once home, I realized that there was an order receipt in the bag and someone had handwritten "out of stock/refunded". I checked Paypal and indeed they had refunded the item in June. I strongly considered returning the dress and showing them the receipt, but everyone knows Tiny Town does not take returns on sale items.

Making a very long story short- I dropped a bag off and asked for a certain font and color to be put on a book bag. The order form said exactly what I wanted. The store owner called and confirmed my order. She then lost the order form and did what she thought looks good. Unfortunately that's not what I asked her to do and she has tried several times to make me feel bad because she likes the font color and size that she put on the bag and said I'm being unreasonable and shouldn't make her feel bad. If she would have completed the order as asked there wouldn't even be a problem. She said she would order a new bag and redo the order. Weeks go by and I check in each week asking if she received the bag; she finally says she has it but she's not putting anything on it. So she messed up the bag I bought and now I'll have to order another bag to replace the one she messed up because now my son hates his bag.
