That said, once you're inside, the signs are clear and it's easy to navigate. I walked out of my appointment with the biggest smile on my face thanks to Nanh Lam, who was my technician. She made sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. * She used a different needle to make the draw more comfortable * She was warm, friendly, and talkative, which really helped calm my nerves * She was extremely skilled--I've had painful experiences before, including a collapsed vein, so I know the difference! * Her care and confidence made me feel completely at ease Nanh truly changed my experience. My dad came in and told him he had an appointment and handed him his insurance card and the man asked him what insurance he had and my dad told him that it was all on the card. The man seemed upset and yelled back but what's your insurance. My dad then repeated that it was on the card. The man got upset and yelled "No, what's your insurance!" At this point my dad was shocked at how he was speaking to him. He continuously threw paperwork to my dad as well as his license. I don't understand how this man is still working here. I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic when I took my daughter for lab work ordered by…read moreher doctor. She was required to fast before the appointment, so we came early in the morning before school. We waited almost 3 hours in the waiting room. When I finally asked what was happening, the staff told me they had skipped my daughter because they did not know how to pronounce her name. No one had called us or tried to ask. Another major issue was communication. The receptionist did not speak English, and no one in the clinic seemed able to communicate with us in English. This made it very difficult to ask questions or understand what was happening. After the labs were finally done, I asked for a simple doctor's note for my daughter's school since she missed the morning due to fasting and the appointment. The receptionist said she did not know what that was and could not provide one. Overall, the long wait, lack of communication, and inability to provide basic documentation made this a very stressful experience for both me and my daughter. I wish I can give it 0 stars . I will never go there again !! Horrible experience!!! Bad customer service!!!

Efficient and friendly staff. I saw a handicapped child who needed bloodwork and heard his initial cries, but the staff worked wonderfully with the child to get the job done. Even sang songs. Kudos to this staff! Minus a star due to location and just a dumpy plaza. I had to step around a lot of garbage right outside the door. Inside was no frills but looked seemingly clean.

I appreciate that they were prompt as I was very hungry when I woke up the morning of the appointment. The person who did the blood draw was quick and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. This place is a little out of the way for me, but I had a time constraint. Because of the great experience I had, I plan to use this location for my future appointments.

I was checked in promptly, they called my name in about 2 min. My appt lasted about 15 min total for labs and urine testing. Maybe because I uploaded my insurance info prior to my appt they had already verified my services would be covered. The people waiting looked like my older friends and family that don't trust putting any info in a computer device.

This place beat out LA Testing in Garden Grove by far (they charged $95 for test results in a week or $120 for rush 2-day service). But EMG charged us only $80 to have results in 24-48 hours. My fiance dropped off 2 samples on Tuesday afternoon. We got a call back Wednesday morning that both samples were negative! My fiance was a little worried this laboratory might be biased and would fudge our test results too because they're also a center for asbestos consulting or something. But all is well and we're excited that our samples came back negative. EMG told us we will get a written report of our test results in the mailbox in one week.
