Mrs Wharmby was lovely, she was very calming to both my dog and myself and as an owner who loves her pet like a child was extremely professional in explaining everything she was doing and why (my last vet was very stern which is why I left) and also allaying my fears after I had googled my dogs symptoms stupidly before going! My dog was treated and given medication and food to take home and within 4 days all symptoms had gone, much to my relief. A very busy vets but I was given an appointment on the same day and was seen within 5 mins of my appointment. Staff were polite and cost was reasonable.
