Had to have my dog euthanized after attending platinum k9 as she bit my child. My dog came back malnourished, covered in own urine and poo and very poorly costing me thousands of pounds in vet bills. She was extremely aggressive when back home so Platinum told me to use a prong collar which injured my dogs neck and made her more aggressive! Platinum refused to refund my £2145 I paid for training and even blocked me off their Facebook page so I couldn't leave a review! If you research them, you will find they change the company name and address is different to where they keep your dog so be careful. Also make sure you get receipt as they don't give one and only deal in cash. Disgusted at the treatment me and my dog were given from these "professionals". read more
