We are having to deal with them for a solar loan transfer for our new home and out of the entire home buying experience, this has been the most tedious and frustrating part. After asking for multiple sources of income, some of which that were already submitted to them multiple times, they have taken their time and have delayed our closing date due to their poor communication and their inability to get you into contact with your "loan servicing specialist". We were told after calling many many times that they "were not able to", exact quote, transfer us to anyone OR give us anyone's direct line. This whole experience has been such a headache. If we were able to go through anyone else for solar financing, we would.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I assumed a loan when I purchased my…read morehome from the original solar installation. The process was bumpy, but ultimately, I was able to assume the loan. Now it's time for me to sell the home, and they are saying that they will not allow a second assumption of the loan. That was nowhere in the original loan agreement.Nor any paperwork I signed. Their website makes assurances that when you go to sell your home, it's easy to have the loan assumed. This company is also unresponsive in that they ask for paperwork and then don't process it.And promise to email you things that you then never receive. At this point I had an offer for my home at full asking price and this company just killed it. Avoid them.

I have always guided to elevator to take me to the 43rd floor where bank is without interrupted , rejected and insulted. What happened today was ; I went there again around 4.20-4.30 p as like always where I had time and no line to wait for service. First time I was held at the reception for no reason where actually I was always taken to upstairs without questioning because only customers of the bank knows that bank is there and someone is not customer doesnt ask to go to the floor of the bank because even bank floor is written wrong in the internet . In the google floor is written wrong . This time I was held at the reception and not taken upstairs where there was time left that i could get my cashier check however I was rejected by told "we closed at 4p" which is untrue. If you check you will see service hours end at 4.30 pm. So basically as a customer for no reason I couldnt withdraw my cashier check where I had right to do so as customer where there was time left for me to get service . I had to pay 5$ for parking vale also my ticket wasnt validated and I was rejected with attitue by the reception. I also was treated with attitue first time in reception of the building where preferred bank is. Very dissapointing and never matched the quality of a bank. I will be taking my business account to another bank.

It's a convenient location above the 7th Street Metro subway, across from the Target Center, and directly across from the largest building project on the West Coast. Residential lofts, condominiums, bars, and restaurants are being built all around this area. However, this building has stayed stagnant. It lost it anchor tenant in the lobby, and the space has been vacant for several years. I have been working in this building for six years and have endured the ownership troubles suffered in bankruptcy including numerous building management changes. Over the past six years, there has been numerous construction projects that are extermely slow and never seem to end. As tenants, we have to endure elevators that don't work, bathrooms that need repair or need to be relocated to other floors, no air conditioning during the hottest days of the summer, no heating during the coldest days of the winter, dust, asbestos, and construction debris everywhere. The current "renovation" project in the parking garage, sky lobby, and street lobby has been going on for EIGHT months, and there seems to be no end in sight. We have had to endure dangerous scaffolding, dust and debris, lack of lighting, and no heat throughout this project. But with only 2 or 3 workers on the job at a time, these projects seem to never get completed. Hopefully the new owner can turn this building around. ALL of the properties surrounding this building are or will be A++ properties, and hopefully some of this success will spill over to the Figueroa Tower.

I took with me eleven different forms of bureaucratic red tape to prove my name, address and other details. It was not good enough! The bureaucrat who signs up new accounts told me that the bank only accepts "photo ID." I had two photo IDs- one is my current bus pass issued by LA County Metro system and the other is my most recent driver's license. It's 'out of date' since I have no interest in driving these days. Both photos look EXACTLY like me and are obviously me. I told the man that I have not ceased to exist simply because a slip of plastic has 'expired.' I generously invited him to take yet another brand new photo of me if that would help. He had no interest in doing so. He asked me didn't I have a passport? Nope, I'm an ignorant American. He gleefully explained how countries in the E.U. issue national IDs to their citizens. Whatevs... As a cog in the machine, the automaton was unable to exercise any common sense or personal judgment. He left for several minutes to "ask the boss" if I could use my eleven other documents to open an account. He was not even allowed to take responsibilty for accepting or denying me on his own. Eventually, he returned and said no. He implied that the bank would be willing to accept me if I would get a "State ID." JUMP THROUGH MORE HOOPS! GOOD DOG! Brother doesn't get it. I did not go there to ask how low I could grovel to get the banksters to throw a few pieces of silver my way. I went there to see if they would welcome me with open arms for the genuine person that I am.

I came in to make a deposit from a client who paid me in cash. The teller asked for the amount, and I explained that I hadn't counted it yet -- it was a decent stack of 20s and 10s, with some 50s and 100s mixed in. She immediately looked annoyed and told me she couldn't help me until I counted it myself. That made me really uncomfortable -- counting a stack of cash out in the open at the teller window didn't feel safe at all. What made it worse is that she had a money-counting machine right next to her and still refused to help. I understand if that's policy, but instead of politely explaining that, she was rude and condescending. Her attitude and tone just made the whole experience unpleasant. This was during the Dodger parade, and there were only two customers in the branch with about seven employees standing around. It's disappointing that with so little going on, she couldn't at least be polite or offer some basic courtesy. The issue wasn't the parade -- it was the complete lack of customer service.
