There are many good things to say about Bridgecrest, for example if you are in dire need of transportation, Bridgecrest will more than likely finance you. You can get the car of your dreams with out the hassle, Don't let bad credit stop you as Bridgecrest will work with you to get you financed. If your having any hardships while paying your loan, just contact them and they will work with you to get you caught up. There customer service is open late and is normally polite and helpful. With all the positive, the negative is BIG!!! I've had my car for 3 1/2 years my finance was $17,000 after over 3 years of paying my balance owed is now $14,995! It will take me FOREVER to pay off this car! This is because the APR that is charged is somewhere between 26% - 16%! I really needed a car at the time so I had to choice but to sign with them. I think this is horrible how they are doing vulnerable people. Why charge middle class - lower class folks these rates! We are already struggling to keep our own lives together and now paying these high loans are uncalled for and this should be illegal!!! Upper class get so many breaks while the rest of us are scratching nickels together. smh read more

Bridgecrest is the worst! Called and their agents are rude and unhelpful. They are so damn eager to take your money but can't seem to help you when you need them to. Can't wait to reapply to another lender to get out of this high way robbery. Simply LOATHE this company. Should have NEVER gone with these outlandish people. Stay Away !!! read more

I would give negative stars if I could. Truly 0 stars. The interest rates are insane, and they approve people that they shouldn't. If you do get approved, and later have any kind of emergency - there are NO options. Health emergency? Death in the family? Car trouble? Absolutely no payment arrangements, no deferments, nothing. No help - they will call and text you several times a day, with no options, and no f***s given for your credit. read more

These guys are crazy. I had paid my loan on time for 16 months. I was late paying in August. The Bridgequest collection guy called me the NEXT DAY asking for a payment or a partial payment immediately. I told them that I would make my $862 payments in 10 days, which I did, a few days after that, I received a letter saying that they were going to repossess my truck. These mobsters are hardcore. I hope they don't break my legs one day. read more

If you want a company that will take out unauthorized payments from your account this is it, they have an AI assistant that does not tell you it's an AI assistant and does not give you receipt numbers.\n Then they have the nerve to charge you $15 per day interest. I financed a vehicle through Bridgecrest for my daughter, and I wish I would have NEVER! These people are horrible!! My daughter is helping make the payments and the balance is not going anywhere! I hope this company goes bankrupt because they take customers' money!!! read more

My experience with Bridgecrest was so bad that I sold my vehicle just to end my relationship with this company. Throughout my time as a customer, I encountered charges, practices, and account issues that I believe were improper and unjustified. I have retained documentation, records, and communications related to these issues, and based on that evidence, I have completely lost trust in this company. What should have been a straightforward financing experience became a constant battle of monitoring my account, questioning charges, and trying to get clear answers. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I had to constantly protect myself. I would never do business with Bridgecrest again under any circumstances. In my opinion, the company prioritizes revenue over customer service and accountability. My experience was so overwhelmingly negative that I chose to get rid of my vehicle rather than continue dealing with them. I strongly encourage anyone considering Bridgecrest to carefully review all documents, keep records of every interaction, and thoroughly research customer experiences before signing anything. This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with a finance company. read more

This company is corrupt from day one. But lets get to the latest issue that they have created. I always pay more than the minimum since day one. I have never found or received a running balance of my account and called to receive one since the total balance was paid down to $3000.00, now today, I checked my account, as I was doing some card changes for payment method, and came to a surprise. My balance has gone back up to over $3500.00. End of the loan and my interest grows to over $500 in a month? This would never be paid. Are these fees, tax, anything that could be legit? Nope, and when you call, all they want to do is point out your balance, or how to make a payment, no customer service, agent would not listen and continually interrupt. I literally had to ask if this person knew what a running balance is. More and more companies are doing this, not giving access to all information required by law hoping we are ignorant while they add fees, interest, and raise balances hoping the consumer does not inquire. Again, I have never been late, and always pay more, So where and why are you so corrupt? BBB and feds need to get involved. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET! I wish I could give them negative stars. Extremely disappointed with Bridgecrest customer service and lack of accountability. I sold my car and the buyer sent a payoff check directly to the bank. After waiting for confirmation and receiving none, I had to make a payment from my own checking account to avoid penalties. Since then, I've spent over two months following up on a check the bank later acknowledged was endorsed, yet they still say they cannot track it. Every interaction results in the same response: "There is no update." Customer service representatives openly say they don't know and that it's "not their department," with no ownership or escalation. I've completely hit a wall. What's frustrating is the imbalance in urgency -- they have no issue promptly taking money from customers, but shows no urgency when it comes to investigating missing payments or refunding overpayments. read more

Run away. Run far, far away. They are taking their own sweet time getting me a refund I am owed for my car. Even then, it doesn't cover the entire amount I am due. They use AI for everything and their customer service is not helpful at all and I can barely understand them. read more

If I could leave no stars I would! DON'T GET YOUR LOAN FROM THEM. Customer service is horrible, they tell blatant lies then charge late fees when there system doesn't work. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, after receiving horrible service the manager is even worse! Having to call every month, getting transferred to rude representatives, is beyond frustrating. I actually had a rep tell me I couldn't make a payment on the app because my account was past due, blatant lie. That makes no sense. Especially because I was told to call back that Monday making my account past due. They will charge you fee after fee after fee.. and tell you the system is down. Horrible!! Don't do it! If you call and reach Tshura, hang up immediately! Worse customer service I have ever received! read more

ATTENTION BRIDGECREST CUSTOMERS: ARE YOU TIRED OF THE EXTORTION? Where is the Attorney General when you actually need one? I'm calling it out right now: Bridgecrest is running a predatory fee trap. Here's the scam: You make your payment. You have the funds. But they "stop" or delay the processing just so they can hit you with a $15-$30 NSF fee. It's not an "error." It feels like a coordinated memo went out on how to bleed clients dry every single month. They aren't just servicing loans; they're finding creative ways to steal your hard-earned money under the guise of "banking issues." I know I'm not the only one. * Has your payment "failed" even when the money was there? Have you been hit with back-to-back NSF fees for no reason? Are you done with the "screw-you" attitude from their customer service? Drop a comment below if they've done this to you. It's time to start documenting this pattern. We aren't ATMs for their corporate greed. #Bridgecrest #ConsumerAlert #PredatoryLending #ClassActionEnergy #StopTheSteal read more

I do not recommend Bridgecrest under any circumstances. My vehicle was paid off, and an overpayment was made over a month and a half ago. Since then, I've been given the runaround trying to get my money back. I was told a refund check was sent--twice--and never received it. On the third attempt, I was assured it would be overnighted, yet that still did not happen. Now I'm being told to wait another 10-14 business days, which is completely unacceptable at this point. On top of that, their interest rates are outrageous, and they have also reported incorrect information to the credit bureaus, which I've had to dispute myself. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessarily drawn out. At this point, my next step is having my attorney send a formal demand letter. Save yourself the stress--avoid at all costs. read more

I had a very poor customer service experience with Bridgecrest. I spoke with two different representatives, and both were unhelpful and dismissive. My issue was not resolved, and I felt talked down to rather than supported. I would not recommend this company based on customer service alone. It makes sense why they have such a poor rating. I thought if I was extra nice AKA "treat people the way you would want to be treated" I would have different luck - but NOPE! I knew after 2 minutes into the conversation that would not be happening. What a shame. Carvana is a great company- too bad they're associated with Bridgecrest! read more

I called a day late to get my car off the repossession list, but they would not accept the $600.00. instead they stated I needed to make the payoff amount of $30,000 in order to not have the car repossed. This is after receiving over $20,000 in payments for my vehicle, which none of which went towards the principle. I've had high interest car loans in the past, and part of the payments always went towards the principle. The end result was Bridgecrest taking my car and selling it at auction cost, and charging my the original $32,000 balance of the loan. I almost paid them the value of the car in loan payments. read more

Trash company, horrible customer service, talke to two people and get 5 answers, and they lost my payment. Twice

The New York Mob ran a more reputable business than these crooks. Every month these extortionists invent reasons to charge me a late fee. They pull money out of my account EARLY and not on the day they are supposed to and when the money isn't ready they still charge me with insufficient funds. In April they pulled $542.00 out from my account and then pulled it again DOUBLE CHARGING ME in April for my car payment in the amount of $1,099.00. I called them to tell them to refund me the $557.00 the double charged me for and they refused trying to justify the theft, so I called my bank and after my bank saw the error Bridgecrest made they put the money back into my account but this criminal outfit Bridgecrest is still charging me a penalty for returned funds. The way they allow their team, specifically customer service to speak to customers and the language they allow is so unprofessional and piss poor. I reached out asking for a document to be emailed so I could print it off, the assigned advisor talked to me like a child and did not even provide the document I was asking for help with. I checked her about how she was talking and the language she was using, giving her the benefit of the doubt by saying "I'm not sure if you mean to come across this way" but even then no apology, she doubled down. I paid off my loan with Bridgecrest and needed the lien relase ASAP as in Missouri the buyer of my vehicle only has 30 days to get it registered or he has to pay a fee. I called as the release was not processed to knowledge and as soon as the loan was paid, my online access was cut-off. I contacted Bridgecrest and was told they would email me a copy of the lien release immediately so I could pass it on the buyer of my vehicle (this was 10 days after I paid it off). I NEVER received it. I then emailed and was told to call agian. On the FOURTH attempt, I was told they don't email lien release and it was mailed 2 days ago and I just had to wait for it to be delivered by USPS. Bridgecrest is terrible I gave a 2012 Subaru back and it was worth 12,000 dollars, Drivetime conviced me to get the extra insurance on the vehicle which was $5000 dollars. I cancelled the insurance and the company drive time used gave the money to bridgecrest and they prorated the money, I did not get any of it. The extra money was supposely taken off the loan which added up to $19,000 dollars. It wasn't given to me. Bridgecrest sold the car for $4500 dollars. And the are billing me a balance of $9000. Car was only worth $12000. Well I won't do that again. Not happy!! I live in Kansas City Missouri. They suck. technically-0 for them. read more

This is by far the worst lending company I've ever worked with. My loan with them was satisfied May 31st, 2021 and as of March 2026 I am still attempting to get the electronic lien lifted from my vehicles title. The company even sent me a formal lien release document but cannot seem to wrap their heads around the electronic lien. If you want to save yourself a hassle, RUN from this company. read more

I never write negative reviews, but this company is unfathomably bad. If you're military, DO NOT go through Bridgecrest. We were stationed overseas, and at the time, they had a military department helping us along the way, ensuring we could take and even sell the car if needed. Fast forward a couple of months, and we are overseas, in contact with their "customer relations" department now because they disbanded their military department without informing us. They still told us we could sell the car overseas, no problem, after the payoff. After having sold the car, they're now telling us they won't ship a title out of the country and won't accept a payoff from an international bank. Our car is literally gone, with no clear way to pay it off and get the title after paying them $20,000. I'm at a loss for words. DO NOT USE BRIDGECREST. read more

Worst company to deal with. If you have a loan watch out for over payments because they will take out the double amount for payoffs on your loan. They give you the run around and keep transferring you and claim that they are under review for a refund it is past 20 days and no response or refund check. This company is a scam. I paid a car off Thur them because someone hit my car. I went and got another one Thur bridgecrest. The drive time dealer had my 1st payment set up for June 2025 I purchased it April 2025. On May 12th 2025 they repo my car saying my payment was late. They have a late payment of 5 percent. We were not allowed to make that payment they said we couldn't have it back. Who has ever heard of that. Default is what they called it. So I'd advise everyone to steer clear of bridgecrest. Purchased a car out of desperation and needing a vehicle. Less than 2 weeks late on the first payment, after talking with the dealership and being informed we could pay it up to 30 days late no problem (had to wait till payday to make the payment). Bridgecrest repo'd the car on a non business day, without notifying us they were coming, and there's no way to contact the dealership or the loan company to figure out why or what happened. Then we found out through our own investigation they put the car on an old loan we had through them that we had given the car back for bc it was too expensive at the time. No way to contact to get the car back, no way to get them to fix their screw up, and us now without a car until someone is there to speak with. Will never deal with them again. A disaster. they continue to report inaccurate information to the credit bureau's example " if i owe you $7k in (previous year) december ...there's no way i still owe you $7k in march ( new year) especially when you are being paid on time every month. they will lie and tell you it's a simple daily interest ...which still does not add up to you reporting i owe $7k when i actually only owe $5k. the credit bureau's half "whomp" their investigation(s) into these ongoing complaints to prevent credit reporting abuse which allows these crooks to be able continuing reporting inaccurate owed balances as they failed to report recent payments which changes your actual balance....this is violation of ( fcra rules & regulations) as this is definately unfair credit reporting abuse. read more

horrible, horrible customer service When I contacted Bridge in August to make a payment deferment, I spoke to the customer service we agreed upon that. I will pay $13 on the 15th, and I will pay the rest on the 29th. I got a text message confirming that when I got off the phone, he said I was all set. But when I checked my account today, it showed a past due, so I contacted Bridgecrest customer support via text. Customer service was horrible. Text messages start around 8pm and end after 9pm from beginning to end. There were long pauses. 10 to 15 minutes, with no response to the point that I asked for his name and the badge I had. The following is a copy of his responses. Afterward, he disconnected without warning. I guess it was time to clock out The text message you sent shows that you set up a promise to pay for $13 on the 15th and $200 on the 29th. Extensions are not guaranteed in the loan and are subject to managerial approval. I'm not comfortable sharing my last name, but my name is Kaleb and my ID is KM5M. When I originally called August, I was not told that it needed to go to any manager's approval. I was told that it was all sent, and I was sent a text message. Arrangement. I'm highly upset about the bad customer service. I have always paid my account on time, even before the due date.
