I had some work carried out by by Bridge motorcycles under warranty, not only did they damage parts of my bike, they left parts of it off! When contacted to resolve, they washed their hands of it and denied any wrongdoing. Excellent selection of bikes, parts, accessories and clothing, service is average in some areas, and as usual there is a lack of women specific clothing, especially for the short of stature. Expect to spend a long time wandering, dreaming and wishing. read more

i took my bike (which is still under warranty) to bridge with lack of power. After two days of them riding it around they stated that the bike was fine with no problems.I then pointed out to them that I had found the catalytic converter completely blocked which is why it had loss of power and they showed no interest to take appropriate action or admit they had made a mistake(although it was clear they had missed the problem and did not know what they were doing ). It is not a hard fault to find and if they cannot find such a simple issue with such an obvious lack of power I wouldn't like to think what they would do when there is more technical problems. I was also told from the service manager they would have to remove the engine to inspect the cassette gearbox which is a complete lie!! This also proves the lack of skill and knowledge they have!. You (bridge) should be discussded with your lack of fault finding abilities and customer service!!!!! I have been a returning customer for some years but not anymore. I should have listened to my brother when he told me that you charged him for four spark plugs on his triumph (after you changed his engine) when it only has three cylinders!!!. Need I say more...... Just an update if you want good customer service head over to bmw!! I did and could not believe how they made bridge look like a back street garage!. My Husband bought a Used (2010) Honda Vardero in August 2013 from Bridge. When he bought he was told it would be cleaned and several extras he wanted would be put on it. The cleaning was shocking and nuts and bolts fell off here and there. More recently the end bar fell off and on visiting Bridge was told the bike was out of guarantee. All in all the work done on the bike and the after care has been rubbish. We would not buy another bike from them. My advice is : Go somewhere else, you will get a better priced bike and better service. read more
