These guys really are the best, This is the only motorcycle Garage in Exeter that I trust. I have been coming to these guys for years and never get better service anywhere else. I purchased 2 pretty old RSVs from them in the past, When there was an issue with one they drove to me collected bike repaired the machine without quibble and with smiles on their faces. I just purchased a brand new Caponord Rally 1200. I thought there was something wrong with it as the exhaust valve whistles when first opened. They collected the bike, tested it. They could tell i was not thoroughly convinced so to make sure i was thoroughly happy with no doubt in my mind they even specially prepared and PDI another one for me to test ride to see it was the same. Honestly i actually felt guilty as the bike never had any issue in the fisrt place. Talk about above and beyond customer service, these guys should be winning awards. Before i brought the bike I asked them about reliability and they told me I would be the first to buy one, they personally could not tell me about reliability of the model through experience. They never heard of issue's with them. I loved the bike so much anyway I brought it. Most garages would lie through their teeth to get the sale such as "oh yeah mate sold loads of these their safe as houses" type thing. These guys are as honest as you can possibly get. and always give true facts, forthcoming with free advice. Only place that I would trust with such a large purchase anywhere in Exeter without question. Brought a bike from BRIDGE showroom once and sales guy said it all been serviced no worries, only to find it was overdue by 3k miles when home. Then they refused to service it for free after the fact despite being told lies, and wanted me to pay 300 quid on day two of the purchase to get it done. I would never go to those buffoons again.
