I've never had any problems with any of the work the mechanics have done and I always get a clear explanation of what is wrong, what work is required and how we can fix it without seeing me too far out of pocket. We first came to know about them when our van had an electrical fault that caused us to call the AA about a dozen times. No one could diagnose the problem until we took it to West Cross -- where it was sorted in less than two hours. These people always go above and beyond, whether to replace a lightbulb or to give us a courtesy car so we can go surfing while the van is serviced. Compared to our old garage, the prices are lower and the service is much, much faster. Sorry to gush, but I do think they're fantastic.

Servicing is carried out quite promptly and I have never had any problems with the standard of workmanship. These range from quite cheap run arounds to more expensive 44s. I haven't bought a car from here before but they look pretty ok to me.
