I had a…read moresmall accident, in my Nissan XTrail, which cracked my radiator, whilst I was in Torquay for a few days for my Mother's funeral. I was given his number and even though I rang after working hours, Lee was sympathetic to the urgent need to repair my car. As my vehicle was drivable, carrying extra water just in case, I drove to his garage the next morning. He took my mobile number and times that I would be uncontactable due to the funeral, then gave me a lift back to the rented house, so I had sufficient time to prepare for the day. This was a Friday and due to the urgent need for the repair, he prioritised this and was able to get a replacement radiator and fit this the same day, including adjusting brackets back into place. He rang later and I collected my car during Mom's Life Celebration. I cannot thank Lee enough for being so accommodating and helpful. He made a difficult situation easier for me and my family.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I certainly would not recommend this…read moregarage to anyone. I took my car there for work on my dashboard fan, faulty fuel, and other sensors. Actually, told them what the problem was. Had a two weeks date to bring the car in for fixing. Nothing was said about the price. Got the car in and after 6 hours got a call to come to the garage for the car. Nothing was fixed but was told the problem was my dash fan and fuel sensor! And for telling me what I already knew but without any further work was billed £150! I was abused when I complained about the price when Vauxhall charges only £99 for the same thing. The older technician asked me to "Fxxk off". They then impounded my car and drove it possibly to an unknown hideout, refusing to hand back the key until I had to pay the money. This garage has no people skills, is rough and rude, and is only interested in your money. The level of service is appalling. Wonder how they got those fancy reviews they have. I had a VERY TERRIBLE experience with them. NEVER AGA
