We first came to know about them when our van had an electrical fault that caused us to call the AA about a dozen times. No one could diagnose the problem until we took it to West Cross -- where it was sorted in less than two hours. These people always go above and beyond, whether to replace a lightbulb or to give us a courtesy car so we can go surfing while the van is serviced. Compared to our old garage, the prices are lower and the service is much, much faster. Sorry to gush, but I do think they're fantastic.
