Let me down on the second visit. Was left with a leaking radiator which they had installed on the previous visit. Had to continually top up with water until it inevitably wee'd its coolant all over the road. Went elsewhere for another new radiator. Second visit not so good!

Last year on my aging car my exhaust started blowing just before my MOT test was due, on taking it to an exhaust centre I was told it needed a new exhaust, I booked it in for the following day but as it is an older car I decided to take it up to DL with concerns in case there were any major repairs needed for the MOT(was it worth a new exhaust or coming to the end of its' life!). Don, proprietor of DL, came to the rescue as well as doing a pre mot check over which was positive, he informed me that the exhaust was only broken behind the silencer and could be repaired with a sleeve welded on at a minimal cost. That was last August and my car(touch wood) remains safely quiet thanks to the integrity of DL motors saving me a major cost just at the time of MOT test.

My first experience of In 'n' Out was last week when I needed to get my MOT done in a hurry. I…read morephoned up at lunch time and got an appointment for 4:30 the same day. I took the car in and was greeted by a friendly guy at reception. He took my keys after checking my car in and said it would be ready in about 30 to 40 minutes. We went over to B&Q for a look round, then went back and went into the Customer Lounge, where they have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate as well as free wifi (which had a great download and upload speed). The Lounge was lovely and clean and wouldn't have thought it was part of a garage at all. I was only halfway through my drink when the guy popped his head in through the door and said was already when we were. There was no pressure to have to get up straight away even though we were their last appointment. The guy told me that the only thing it needed was a bulb in the number plate light. He asked if I would like that done and I said yes. They then did that while I paid. The MOT cost £39 and the bulb £5 so was very pleased. The guy thanked me very much and we left. Would I use them again? Most definitely! ..and would certainly recommend them.

All their services are designed to be quick and hassle free so its worth booking in. The valet I went for was great. It was £18 and considering the state it was in I'd have paid more. They did a great job inside and out.
