I chose to go into the shop due to the weather approaching. They give you the option for them to go to you or you go to them. Their location was very easy to find. My appointment was kept as promised and the staff were very friendly and helped me with all questions and explained the before and after process. When my window was fixed it look amazing! I've never seen a window so clear. I'm very happy with them and the cost was reasonable for me. I will be using them every time I need a window fixed or replaced.

I arrived half an hour before my appointment time and they were able to get my repair done even before my scheduled time. It was a nice surprise and cost about $200 for two little nicks in my windshield. The technician also mentioned that they have a lifetime guarantee so if the cracks got worse, they would apply what I paid for it toward a windshield replacement. Quick and awesome repair service!

I've used them twice and was left disappointed both times. I will not be returning…read more First time I had the windshield replaced on my Saab 9-2x. They arrived and didn't have the correct windshield or the right seal. It's a fairly obscure car so I let it slide (although it's really just a Subaru Impreza and I told them that). The windshield is fine but the seals look absolutely terrible. The second time I had the windshield replaced on my 4Runner. They unnecessarily removed the cabin air filter to try to upsell me on a replacement. While doing this, they let debris fall into the blower motor which caused a loud ticking sound coming from the vents. I figured that was the issue but they recommended against fixing it myself and my wife left the car with them. After returning to pick up the car for the 2nd time, the seat belt warning light would not go off. The car was returned again and was fixed relatively quickly by a technician. The third issue, I cannot say with certainty was the fault of Safelite, though I strongly believe it was - a small spot on my passenger seat was melted, with what looks like an adhesive chemical burn. They denied it was them, as I assumed they would without absolute proof, but I'm certain this issue was not present before bringing the vehicle to Safelite.

My adjuster from my insurance only provide me less than 4 hours to find a body shop to get started with the estimate of the repair on my 2018 Ford Fusion. I had no clue to where I was going to find such a trustworthy place in this unfair timely manner, I did contact few body shops where they had been fully busy and wouldn't be able to get me in til probably in 2 months especially since the holidays where around the corner. I do live in Fernley, but me thinking its a small town I wasn't going to find a place but thankfully I googled and All American Auto Body in Fernley popped up and I decided to give a call. " Jason" from the very beginning of our conversation has always been polite and very professional. I explained to him my situation not me knowing anything what I had to do since this was my first time ever being in a car accident and having to deal with insurances. He explained to me how everything needed to get started and what I needed to do in order to start a process. That very first day I called he asked me to bring in my car to take some pictures and provide an estimate. The whole process with my insurance was a little delay but they never neglected to approve or pay any supplement that Jason would submit them. The back rear of my vehicle was pretty damaged and honestly I was afraid that my car wasn't going to look like before. Especially since I've only had it for about 3 years. Jason was always updating me what was going on and what stage my car was in, he would also apologize why it was taking long (again not body shop fault, my car insurance was delaying to respond to supplements) even though I also understand because Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and also the Snow Storm that caused all transportation to stop. I took my car to the body shop on 12/8/21 so they could've get started with getting it apart to get a better view of the damaged. I knew it was gonna take some time which I didn't mind all I wanted was for someone I can count on and depend on and trust that they where not just thinking about the money. My car was out and ready on 1/28/22. Me and my brother went to pick up my car and I can tell you that my brother is a very difficult person that you can't convenience of anything that has to do with a car. But let me tell you as soon as my brother saw my car he was very impressed and his words," Damnnn it looks like nothing happen to your car, what damages"? I was also too very excited and thankful for this. Unfortunately I wasn't able to thank the staff that did the labor work but I gotta say that I am very happy and happy with the results.
